I’m very upset with this location I usually go this location often due to being close by home . The assistant manager Katie made me feel very uncomfortable this morning when we were getting our order waiting on line like everyone else and they’re very big on , one one and she literally skipped us and a car who was just getting there she took her their order and they cut us as well. She came up to our window to take our order and we refused to speak to her due how she was treating us from the beginning . This literally one of the worst visit I have had and with the Assistant Manager Katie she very disrespectful and I will make sure I will contact corporate because this isn’t professional at all. We got to the windows and she still tried to speak to us when we told her we don’t want her to take our order or speak with us , than she finally put an employee in the window to take our and the employee was also being rude and disrespectful as well. But since the pandemic, ALL shops were told to Delute their coffee beyond the recommended measure, including expresso shots by their higher up coordinator. I understand the tough times with production costs, but instead you effed up the recipes. Every brista knows, I know, that's a No No. You only Mess with the price, the price ONLY, not drown down the bean. The bean should be your #1 ingredient. #1 taste, it starts right there, then add the drink recipe as you desire. Not sugar milk. Read moreHad a horrible experience at this location. Children running the place with no guidence or good training. First I got passed up by the kid who walks up to take your order at my window. Apparently they zig zag to take orders. Then the kid that takes my order apparently doesn't make sure my payment was processed, so people behind me kept getting their drinks brought to them while I had to wait 20 minutes to get to the window. When I asked why the girl at the window why I never got my drink like everyone behind me did, she told me because I didn't pay yet. This was the tipping point for me. I expressed my frustration on the situation and all she would say is that I need to pay to get my drink. A place with good customer service would have comped my drink and made me feel that they care to make it right, but I guess kids run the place who have no clue how to handle the situation and or how to make the customer feel satisfied with the outcome of this mishap.
