4th Plain Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Washington

It's a hit or miss here for service and the food is not even that great, my girlfriend had to take back the cheese sticks she ordered as soon as they were placed on the table because they weren't fully cooked and I waited about an hour for a burger to be served on another, slightly more busy night. The burger itself was filling but you could tell it was just a 1/3 pound pre-formed frozen patty that you buy in packs of 12 at winco with no spices what so ever. Crowd can be a little off sometimes but for the most part it seems to be mostly good people. They do have 5 (?) Pool tables, all of which are in pretty good shape. Blonde girl with the glasses maybe she wasn’t blonde but we went in there last night and shorty said she couldn’t serve me because they saw me drinking in the parking lot . Bar does not know service animal laws; asked my dog if it had a vest. That is 1) not required under federal law or WA law 2) That’s an illegal question. You can only ask 3 questions legally and that is not one of them. You guys should have all your people read up on there service animal laws (this time is was the cook specifically)
