Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Every time I come into this store the managers are rude, the male manager took my order once and had to remake the pizza three times because they couldn't get the pizza right. The female manager is rude, always has an attitude. The other night after my mom had brain surgery I hadn't realized she had ordered salad and they never gave it to us and then when I got home and realized they hadn't I called and they said that I should have grabbed one but there weren't any salads in the salad area but that I could come back and grab one. I'm done with this papa murphys. Time and time again the staff are rude, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. If the franchise actually knew what was going on in this store they would fire the staff and replace the managers.

*11/1/2017. Update, spoke to the district manager and got a free pizza out of it about two months ago and he said he would fix the problem. I try them again last night and ordered ahead and asked again for no tomatoes I show up to get my pizzas and again there are tomatoes on it and when I expressed my unhappiness about the situation all I got was a rude reply from the girls making the pizzas. No accountability for this place and forget about getting a pizza that’s made the way you want it. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to have them remake it when I get...

I went today on my birthday to have pizza with my family tonight. I placed two orders. My daughter went to pick them up for me. She was only told there was one order. As she was leaving a part of my 2nd order was brought out in a rush. Although appreciated, it was not complete. When she returned home I called to let them know that it wasn’t complete. When I explained that it wasn’t the gal on the other side started laughing like it was funny. They offered to get the items. I was appreciative that they would get the items however she was still laughing. I addressed it with I don’t find funny at all. This at all it is upsetting. She hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to the manager. They were on break. Went into the store and waited for the manager. Addressed the issues with them. The manager was uncaring but replaced the items. There was a gal there that was slamming stuff around the whole time we were there. I will start off by saying they fixed our pizza and I'm thankful for that! However tonight was one of the worse customer service experiences I've ever had. We stopped by after doing errands and purchased a large cheese pizza. We took the pizza home and cooked it. When we took it out of the oven the pizza was completely stuck to the little tray it comes on. Quickly I noticed the tray was upside down, the glossy side was on the bottom and the cardboard like side was touching the pizza. I tried like crazy to peel the pizza off to no success. Finally I called the store and they said it's supposed to be like that and we could bring it in and 'prove' it. So almost an horh later and incredibly hungry, we take the pizza back where the staff man handle it and try to remove the pizza. They never apologize or take any responsibility and say the tray 'malfunctioned' not that they simply put the pizza on the wrong side.
