I was a very bad experience. The employees seem disorganized and done interested in helping customers. I've been ordering the same thing for 10 years, not necessarily at that location. But it's pretty simple a grande Earl Grey hot tea Double Cup with light ice. The Double Cup is so I can take the tea bags out and use them again. Light Ice is so I can drink it immediately rather than 20 minutes later. After reloading my card getting mighty without the Double Cup I had to stand there at the counter and wave people down so that they would give me a second cup so I could save my tea bags. I was told by the employee that the manager is not allowing Double Cups. I can understand the the reasoning behind wanting to avoid double coverage. Cups are expensive especially this time of year when they're all pretty colors. But I don't care what color the cup is, give me a plain white one. You don't see the logo it doesn't matter, or design a cup with a bottom that comes off that you can put your tea bags in. This is not the first time I have been at this location and have been disappointed. Last time I went to that location I went through the drive-thru, was in the Drive-Thru for about 10 minutes. They eventually gave my drink for free , but it did not have light ice in it. And the tea bags had sat in the hot water for so long that it was mud and I could not drink it. Read moreI barely get Starbucks but because I was getting food next door I thought it was a good idea to get a drink while I waited. I’m the only customer in there, I take a second to look at the snacks. This lady with short brown curly hair ask me what she can get me, off the bat I can tell she’s not having a good day by the tone of her voice, I gave her a heads up I don’t really know what I’m doing, she just looks at me annoyed. I ordered a large hot white mocha and a cake pop. The whole time the vibe she’s giving off seemed miserable and she hates her job (I don’t blame her I know most people don’t like there jobs but no need to be rude to customers). What really ticked me off was when she just threw my cake pop on the counter and said “cake pop” with attitude and walked away. The whole experience sucked, the only redeeming part was the man that gave me my drink said have a nice day. But I will not be coming back to this store, and I hope other Starbucks employees aren’t this horrible at...

I door dashed it bc im not driving due to surgery. Now my husband has to come all the way home to grab the coffee they messed up on, then turn around and go back.
I get they want the coffee back but you guys messed up not us. Now your wasting our gas and time. JOKE!!!!

My coffee tastes watered down all the time. My husband got a coffee and it had no flavor and then I was asked well do u even know what it tastes like? Yes it's the only coffee from you guys he gets.
