Starbucks — Restaurant in Vancouver

The barista was knowledgable, friendly and above all else, patient. I was a big pain in the ass customer, i dont do dairy and they have coconut milk yeahhhh:) i forgot i needed decaf until after she made the drink, i felt so bad especially because ive been a barista in the past for years. But she was very courteous. I also didnt know you had to go to another part of the counter to pickup the drink but she politely informed me my drink would be ready at the other end. I havent been to starbucks in years mainly for health reasons and because id rather support smaller business but after hearing about their mini frapps i decided id try. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had milk that i could drink, with the fact that they may be able to finally receive tips inside safeways etc starting soon, and the overall customer service experience. Thank you for being so awesome...

Ordered something I believe is recently added to their menu, Honey Citrus Mint Tea. I had ordered the same thing at a different location earlier this week and had enjoyed it. Unfortunately what I was given here was unrecognizable as the same order. I'm pretty sure the person had no idea how to make it and so randomly tried to guess what was suppose to go on it. I wish the barista had just told me he did not know how to make the drink. In the end I got something that did not have any of the taste profiles listed in the title of the drink. I gave the drink back and then was immediately ignored for the next several minutes when all I wanted at that point was confirmation that I would be reimbursed. I eventually gave up and left. I would have given a 0 rating if that...

This place has amazing customer service! They are almost right there and ready to take another order every time a customer appears. They make sure to meet all standards and always ensure that if my drink taste off or isn't what I wanted, they will remake it. A shout out to the barista Amanda!
