Wow! I just had an incredible dining experience at 124 Breakfast Lunch and More that I can’t stop raving about! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic meal.

I ordered an omelette, and it was nothing short of perfection. Fluffy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh ingredients, it was the absolute highlight of my breakfast. My husband opted for the corned beef hash and eggs, which he couldn’t stop praising. The combination of savory corned beef and perfectly cooked eggs made for a hearty and satisfying dish.

To top it all off, I indulged in a cappuccino that was simply amazing—rich, creamy, and expertly crafted. It was the perfect complement to our meal.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

I honestly do not know what the good reviews could possibly be referring to. This wasn’t a destination for us, we just decided to pop in for a sit-down breakfast. We gave our name verbally to two people at the desk/hostess stand and also wrote it on a piece of paper and still were forgotten/skipped over for seating even though they weren’t busy. It continued to disappoint from there. The service was either entirely nonexistent or beyond haphazard with two to three people at once. The food was not good at all. Some of it was forgotten. The atmosphere (it’s a stretch to call it that) is bizarre to say the least with incredibly dark areas and wonky hand painted walls stenciled with “#music” and the like, plus a tv screen with a slideshow of what I guess are pictures of the staff hanging out…? Just very, very strange in general. And not good. And this is me trying to be rather generous about the experience. I’m sorry to say you should go...

I have no complaints at all about what we ordered. I had the chicken and waffles which were excellent. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The waffle was flavorful and fluffy. My partner had eggs Florentine which she added Canadian bacon to. We were pleased they had actual Canadian bacon and not just deli ham. The hollandaise was lemony and not too rich. I prefer a spicier hollandaise but it was still delicious. And Frank, our server, has personality for days. Our only criticism is that we felt the menu was kind of limited. I would have liked to see more Benedict’s and signature sandwiches. We kind of felt like we picked the two best items and there isn’t much reason to come back except to eat that again. But the restaurant isn’t really geared towards a fancier brunch. They execute what they do very well, and they are well priced. You should try them if you want simple food...
