Some of the worst customer service ever. The lady who made my coffee was incredibly rude to me. Didn’t catch her name, but she has short brown wavy hair. Someone needs to teach her how to speak to customers
I walked in to get a coffee and went to the bar area to order. First thing out of this lady’s mouth is, “what do you want?”. I paid her rudeness no mind. I then asked if they had brown sugar syrup to put in my coffee. The lady responds with a disgusted look and a scoff then says, “ugh, no…these people” then shakes her head. Mind you I’m the only person in the establishment. Still paying her outright rudeness no mind, I’m over it and just say, “Can I have a caramel iced coffee?”. She doesn’t respond, but starts making my coffee. Took her legitimately 10 minutes to make one coffee. She then hands me my coffee and still doesn’t say anything so I walk up front thinking that’s where I need to pay, because that’s where I saw the register. The lady goes, “uhmm excuse me…you need to pay for that.” I respond, “I know, that’s what I’m about to do up front.” She replies, “uhmm no you pay me back here.” And that was the end of my experience at Seed and Bean Market. Coffee was good but service was the worst I may have ever seen. Will...

My girlfriends all ordered coffee (a couple with the CBD shots) and some breakfast, I got the soft pretzel with the canna beer cheese. All of their coffees were not up to their expectations, that says a lot to me because they are regular coffee drinkers, but they did enjoy their food (we actually ended up going to a Dunkin afterwards to get more coffee). My pretzel however was not that soft, in fact I had about 3-4 pieces that were hard as a rock but I just pulled the hard parts off and ate the rest. The cheese was not that great as it tasted like it was powdered cheese or something. I'm not really sure but I did not ask nor did I complain for the not-so-soft pretzel. Overall vibe of the establishment was cool but don't sell people sub par coffee and food because they'll be stoned enough to not care before they sit down or by the time they finish their meal. Opportunity for...
