I went in and ordered pizzas a few nights ago because I had family over. The wait time was a little long which I expected because it was dinner time but what I didn’t expect was to witness a man completely flipping out while I was there. He was so stressed out and panicking due to it being busy. I waited 14 minutes once I walked in the door to pay for my order and the whole time he was yelling and even cussed. He got mad that someone made a mistake on a pizza. He was very unprofessional and not someone I would want up front in front of customers. I was told he was the store manager so it upset me that Marco’s would choose someone like this to represent them. The girl that came up to help me dropped what she was doing as soon as she saw me. She was so calm and kind. She had even told the guy manager to calm down and to breathe and that they would get through it. I can’t remember her name besides that it started with a D. She had a big smile even through all of the chaos and really made my experience so much better! To be honest if it wasn’t for her I would not be returning to this location. Read moreWe love Marco's pizza! It's close to us, it's fast, and the pizza is consistent and tasty! Our favorite is the Chicken Fresco. It has chicken, bacon, fresh tomato, cheese...omg... terrific! We also love the Jalapeño Ranch dip they offer, and end up dipping the crusts into it. Worth a visit to see if it's what you like too!
2/27/22-Had two great shows this weekend, and treated ourselves to our favorite pizza, only this time we added their meatball bake. It was fantastic!
3/18/22 - received this 50% off promo taped to our pizza box last time we ordered. (Photo below) Called for the full-moon special today, only to be told it was yesterday, that there was a misprint, and “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Every date is wrong. Having a child in there while she is working mama and not giving him any attention at all. And he's screaming and making it very, very.
