Good morning! This is complain to address to the owner of Cafe. Today I came with my son to order vanilla steamer and regular coffee ( I come to this place 4years,plus visit another location, I recommended all my customers ) I never saw so rude employee and manager. I placed my order and in few mins I came back because the steamer tasted like regular milk I asked the guys barista that's it's different than last time in this time he ask the lady( who made it) how many pumps did she put , she said one because I did asked . I said I didn't order less sweet she said okay and continue to put the ice in the cup for next order. Only one things that's why I asked her why she was with attitude(her face was so mean that moment and it's not the first time that's why it touches me) instead of say sorry and remake the drinks. I thought it's done but she said I can call a manager to talk to me with impudent look, I said okay. I saw lady work around during our conversation but she didn't see the face that girl made when I was talking to her. So manager came and told me that I yelled her employee and that I should come here anymore! ( by the way my natural voice is laud plus different manner to talk if they think it's yelling I am sorry if they understood this way). Honestly I am shocked because in food and beverage sphere especially Manager should listen the problem and than try to solve it but not kick out customers. It is so disrespectful to me. It looks like she doesn't like non Americans customers that's why she can talk to people like that. It was unprofessional, do rude...

The holidays were great and it was that time of year when you have to decide if you’re going to make treats from scratch or maybe buy something instead. When looking for diet-specific items (vegan, gluten-free, paleo, etc.) it can be tricky. I’m allergic to dairy and prefer to eat plant-based so when I heard that 7311 had vegan treats, I was excited to give them a try. Well, that was one trip to the island that did not disappoint! What a fantastic little bakery/cafe, located in the perfect corner spot in Ventnor. I stopped in a few times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and so far my husband and I have tried their vegan banana bread, chocolate banana bread, peanut butter cookie (vegan and GF), breakfast bar, and oat bar. Bar far, I’m searching for those amazing peanut butter cookies the minute I go in. They are my favorite. I’m also up for one of their amazing lattes (with oat milk, please!), which unfortunately only come in one (rather small) size. (I could honestly go for an extra large, they’re so good!). If you need a little pick-me-up or want to buy a sweet treat for your staff breakfast, look no further. These treats...

Drink Menu Is On Wall With No Prices

If You’re Ordering A Drink You Won’t Know The Cost Of That Drink Without An Itemized Bill

One Size Cold Brew For $6.50 (Not Advertised & Deceptive)

I Came In Wanting A Large Coffee, When I Learned There’s Only One Size, I Said OK, I’ll Take That Size With No Ice (This Way I Can Have More Cold Brew)

Other Places I’ve Ordered A Coffee With Light Or No Ice They’ve Always Mentioned A Surcharge For No Ice - Not This Time.

Woman Did Not Tell Me There Was A $1.00 Surcharge To Have No Ice In My $6.50 16 Oz Cold Brew. I Found Out On The Itemized Receipt Sent To My Phone. It’s Rude & Wrong.

When The Cold Brew Is Ready It’s Got Alot Of Room At The Top, I Politely Ask Them To Top It Off.

So Although You Order It Without Ice & They Charge An Extra $1.00 They Still Only Give You The Normal Amount Of Cold Brew As If It Did Have The Ice

The Woman Said “We Brew This In-House” As Her Explanation For Not Filling Up The Cup

I Will NOT Be Returning To This Establishment Strictly For Bad Business Practices. Bad Way To Treat A...

Welcome to Ventnor! This excellent small batch bakery and coffee shop does not disappoint. ☕️ With excellent choices including cafe lattes, espressos and cold brew to name a few, the coffee comes out fresh and hot. Also, you’re going to be hard pressed to find a poor choice in the bakery and pastry department!! Our group enjoyed the oatmeal cookie bar, the pumpkin muffin and chocolate chip cookie - each delicious. We also got a sprinkle cookie to go for our daughter who loved it. Make sure you stop by and say hi!

This cafe is very cute. It reminds me of something that’d be in NYC or Philly. They have Rooibos tea which not many places have, so that was really cool. However, the front end workers could be a lot nicer and more personable. Walked in and all of the staff were huddled in the front together and just kinda staring at you which can kind of be off putting. Also, I was VERY SURPRISED to learn that they had NO WI-FI….no offense but how are you a cafe without Wi-Fi 🤔
