They sold me a product they knew to be defective. A coaster brown rubber wheel that marks up floors. Manager even said they had this wheel on one of their chairs and had to get a clear wheel from another supplier since they do not handle clear wheels. They let me special order them when they knew they mark up floors. Tried to exchange them for a clear wheel or white wheel. They do not make either. They would not back their product and take them back. They said I needed the original packaging. Well who saves that for three weeks? And. I am sorry. They would take them back and re sell them again if I had the packaging , knowing they mark up floors and are defective? Wow. Not a quality...

Everyone is always super polite and friendly but I guess the UPS workers are a different story. Today my dad dropped off a package for me and mistakenly forgot to tape the box up. The lady worker this afternoon on 6/21/2023 told my dad, he can pay her to tape the box in a very rude tone of voice. Very convenient when working in the area. Needed some last minute things for the job. Staff there was very helpful when looking for certain things. I didn’t have to drive far to get the things I needed. It may be a little pricier but it saves you a trip. You’ll most likely spend the same amount in total including gas trying to get it cheaper at a place...
