I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5. After my first time coming I've been back a several more times and have experienced nothing but excellent friendly service. I left my previous review for posterity but the only criticism I had back then was regarding service and I'm 100% convinced it was a one off fluke. The food has been phenomenal regardless of what I ordered and the beer selection is diverse and delicious everytime. Keep it up fluid state, you guys are awesome I'm so glad you're a part of the community.

Original Review: "Good atmosphere and good beer selection. The guy who took my order didn't really seem like he wanted to be there though. It put a little damper on the experience when I kept getting one word answers as I asked about their selection. For example, I wanted to try something local and on the hoppy side so I asked if he had any local IPA's or Pale Ales. The answer was no so he wasn't wrong in saying "No" but the guy didn't even try to help or offer an alternative. In retrospect maybe I could have asked instead if they had anything hoppy so my question was less specific but I got the sense that it was more the fact that I was asking questions to begin with that annoyed him. It seemed like he just wanted to hear a beer name so he could turn around...

Do yourself a favor and stop in. This place is the real deal.

The green slice (I'm drawing a blank -- is it called Mr Green Jeans?) will convert carnivores to kale. If you are a mushroom fan may I direct you to the Fungus Amongus slice -- must be seen to be believed. A decadent treat if you are feeling fancy is one of their cheese plates - always featuring a brie or camembert, with housemade pickled onions and carrots, praline pecans, honeycomb and more. I believe they have iberico ham as well. They've recently added desserts, and the only heads up there is the most awesome one may sell out early.

Beers (large selection for every taste) are hyper fresh and rotate frequently -- they buy small kegs from breweries and when they're out, they're out. They are happy to make you mocktails as well -- oj is fresh squeezed and pulpy here.

The only other heads up I can think of is that it does get tight in here. There are usually tables available outside, so bring a jacket if you want a table, but there always seems to be a spot to squeeze in for smaller parties in...

I purchased 2 drinks here, and because of the bad attitude of the bartender I decided not to tip. But the bartender had something else in mind, which was changing the number on the check, so that he’d get a tip regardless of his bad performance of his job. The problem here is that the added tip was fraud (since I did not authorize the charge on my card). I took this up with the management and they refunded my 3 dollars but refused to acknowledge and/or correct the corrupt behavior of the person(s) they had employed. I requested that one of the beers I purchased be ‘on the house’ since I was fraudulently overcharged. Apparently this was too much to ask.. call it negligence, call it fraud, it makes no difference. They did not refund the 1 beer. Do you really want to go to an establishment that doesn’t stand behind their prices? A place that refuses to acknowledge their own employee’s ‘mistakes’? On a check of 100$, this mistake could be quite costly to the person expecting an...

Second visit. Decor is sparse but cool. I don't love that you order from the counter and have to get in line any time you want another drink unless you sit at the bar. We were able to get to the bar to reorder though, so it wasn't an issue this visit. We ordered 2 slices, fungus amongus and Italian massage, and naked wings. For some reason our food didn't get entered when we first ordered it. So by the time we figured it out it took an hour to get our food. We weren't thrilled. Thankfully the well stocked bar and solid beer selection (although no hazies from some reason) helped us pass the time. And when it did arrive it was truly excellent. Had the Dr. pepperoni last time and was unimpressed but this food was well worth waiting for and commanded 4 stars. Without the wait, it would've been 5. We'll come back and see what we can do!

We came here on a bustling Friday night. There was quite a long line to order. We had a commitment to make so thought about going elsewhere but decided we would just suffer the wait. As it turned out, the line moved pretty quickly. After we ordered, we grabbed a table outside expecting a 30 minute wait for food. Much to our pleasant surprise, however, our food was ready in about 5 minutes which was quite impressive given the fact we ordered pizza. We also got a charcuterie board and garlic fries. The fries are money. The charcuterie board was excellent with a fun variety of items including cheeses, meats, pickles, saurkraut, candied walnuts, and honeycomb. It was all very good and the board was huge. Great experience. Highly recommended if you're downtown.

Recent Sunday night with a group of six on back patio for pizza and drinks. It’s a beer garden so a casual yet pleasant atmosphere. Order at counter and grab your drinks and then you’ll be paged when the food is ready. The pizzas were PDG (meaty and salty Italian Massage and a classic Margherita). Wings and salad were also pretty good. I had a cocktail which tasted like a G&T but called a V&T and MacReeves had some kind of IPA. Would def go back for the clam pizza and a beer. Staff were hardworking and efficient. Price is a bit steep but the quality seems to warrant it.
