Starbucks — Restaurant in Ventura

I went through drive thru this morning and ordered a coffee with a chocolate chip cookie warmed up. As I drove off and was getting on the 101 S I was at the stop light. I reached for my cookie and noticed it looked like someone bit it, along with a large piece of bacon. This is unacceptable and when I went back to the store, got off my car and told the girl at the register, her response was, “I barely got here” well no one asked her for her opinion and immediately she said “I can refund u ur money”. Bizarrely slow drive through experiencely ( turning off engine in intervals between individual cars getting thier orders). Not the longest wait I can remember in drive through, eg In & Out Burger weekend night but longest with only 5 -6 cars in line. Staff was pleasant but didnt acknowledge long wait. Long prep time didnt include checking order before handing to me. Napkin not included with hot breakfast sandwich. The coffee was good but food marginal. I'll avoid Starbucks in mornings going forward. Im still expecting a moderately premium experience they'd delivered years ago. Maybe worth wait in you like one their unique blended drinks. I always give fat tips at Starbucks but after today’s experience, I’m not giving no more tips. It is ridiculous to waited 10 minutes at the speaker and they were just laughing when I keep asking if I can order yet they keep telling me to wait wait wait once I got it up to the window. He had me wait wait and wait they know what they were doing. They did that on purpose. It took 25 mins for me to get my daughters drink before I pick her up from work and they also made me late to pick her up thanks a lot..
