(original review) They are just great. After a few bad Pizza Hut deliveries, I decided to give this old chain a retry. Never going back to Pizza Hut. They are super fast (once the order was a tad underdone but it wasn't the end of the world), never forget your sides (little stuff like red pepper flakes, dressings), and the drivers are always great. Consistent and super friendly. *Check in 7/7/18: I don't think they were keeping up with the tracker which we really enjoy watching. It was stuck on the "prep" button for at least a half an hour, despite refreshing the page approx. every five minutes. I didn't order tomatoes on my pizza this time because for some reason, they started using canned tomatoes again. yuck. and there was almost NO spinach on my pizza. they were going so strong there for awhile! Ordered $40 of food for delivery on the app and selected the option for knock/ring when delivered and NOT “leave at door” but they left it outside anyway and by the time we found it there was a raccoon in it. Called the store and they said they didn’t see anything about knocking in the instructions (because it was an app option and I shouldn’t have to say that the deliverer should knock anyway) and that the driver said he did knock. 2 of us here and not far from the door and we didn’t here anything but regardless, my phone number is on the order and he should’ve called. I know they are able to do this because when I order at work and I’m not already outside waiting, the driver always calls. I briefly worked here as a driver, and I don’t recommend working here in any capacity. Drivers only make $5/hr and insiders start at $11/hr. The discount for food isn’t any better than coupons regular customers get. It’s a typical corporate store where the owners don’t respect you as an individual. The uniform policy is unreasonably strict, and a simple mistake can get you terminated. DO NOT APPLY HERE!
