Went thru the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders meal, paid at the first window, got to the pick up window and got my coke, after two minutes the cashier asked me to pull up so they could serve the cars behind me. Waited ten minutes more and still no chicken tenders. I got out of my car and walked back to the pick up window knocked, no one answered then a lady sticks her head out of the window where my car is parked and says did you order the double and I said no I ordered the chicken tender meal, she says 4 or 10 piece, I said 4. I got back in my car and three minutes later the cashier that asked me to pull up so that they could serve the cars behind me hands me a bag. I drove away without looking in the bag, no French fries. I drive back for the principle of the transaction. When I walk in to ask if French fries come with the chicken tender meal the cashier who gave me the bag is now on break sitting near the door playing with his cell phone, I asked if the chicken tender meal comes with French fries, he said “I think so, ask over there” pointing at the counter. Everyone looks at me as I ask if French fries come with the chicken tender meal that I have now wasted 30 minutes on receiving. The lady that offered me the “double” looks at the French fry girl who hands me a large order of French fries, both say “sorry bout that” like it rolls off their tongues frequently. Very bad customer service. Next time I will drive by and go to...
Read moreDoesn't deserve a single star. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes...that should have been the first red flag but the kids were hungry. I waited patiently gave my order, thanked the guy when I was done, paid and went to the pick up window. The large shaggy blonde haired man working the window was one of the rudest fast food workers I have ever encountered. He tried to hand me my ice cream cone in a cup. I said that it would not work-I needed to be able to hold the cone (I didn't order it in a cup???). He yanked it out of the cup and tried to hand me the smashed drippy cone. I asked if he was kidding and he tossed the cone on the ground between my car and the window. I had a clear view to the ice cream machine from the window and I proceeded to watch him purposely make the most sloppy, lopsided cone possible. He tried to bring it to me, I said F-U and drove off. The price of that cone was not worth the disrespectful way I was treated. As I was driving down the road, my kid opened his burger to discover it had all the toppings, not just ketchup like I order and was indicated on my receipt. I turned around went back, returned the food and got my money back. You can be understaffed and still be respectful and do your job correctly. The jackwagon handing out orders should be fired. All told, I wasted 35 minutes and ended up going to the McDonald's in Yankton where I was treated with respect and got just...
Read moreI dont usually write bad reviews and when I do I do it reluctantly and with the utmost respect for the people that work at the places I review. That being said, this McDonald's is absolute trash. I base this on timeliness, courteousness, politeness, attention to detail and food quality. The food quality was standard McDonald's and was fine but the employees were disorganized, not team oriented and openly argumentative with one another. While in line, I was appalled to see a young black woman passed over until an entire greyhound bus of people had had their orders taken and had already received their food before finally, a young white male employee, whom I won't name here, passed a brown bag to the cashier and she asked, "What's this?" To which he replied, it's for the "DARKIE." I was on the same bus as this woman and we discussed in detail her outrage. I will never go in there again and I'm ashamed. I was so shocked and dumbfounded and speechless that I didn't say anything as I witnessed her pain while she quietly said, thank you, and left to board the bus. Negative stars x infinity. I want to sue them but she is the one they owe an apology to. I have her credentials and will be encouraging her to...
