Bon Appetit Bakery — Restaurant in Vernon

Last time there I was late getting out, several times before that though, I was in and out before my appt time. Great folks here and remember, sometimes they run out of product and have to wait for the little truck to run over to their bakery up the street and get more. This doesn't happen a lot, but it does happen here as anywhere else. Notice the bad reveries are long between and few, there is a reason for that. And they are most certainly not slow at loading if they have the product. Generally your whole load or nearly your whole load is setting on the dock when you back in, so the forklift driver just has to go in and out of your truck...

This is my first time picking up for this company and let me tell you I never want to come back!!! First impressions are everything especially in customer service and the food industry. My check in and load time was 11:59pm one day. After 12 hrs of waiting to just bump up to the dock and start loading. I'm now here bumped up against the dock waiting to get loaded 3 hrs later and counting!!!! Somehow the only forklift driver working today was called away to do other work and now I have to continue to wait and wait and wait!!!!!

If I can help it I won't be coming back to Bon Appetit because they don't care about other people's time...

Receiving is on Gifford St. You have to find a place to park and walk up the ramp to check in. I had to park 2 blocks down. I had a 3 pm. Checked in at 2:30, got a door at 3:30. I only had 3 pallets, so once I got a door, I was in/out in 10 minutes. It's not a horribly difficult back in depending on if people are parked in the way or not. Receiving staff was super friendly. Knocked off one star because I wish they had signage to tell trucks where the Receiving docks are. There are a few docks on the other street that can...
