Fiesta Mexicana is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've been to.
Service: The waiters/waitresses are always nice and seem to check up on you often which is great. They always ask how the food is and if everything is good; they are quite accommodating as well. I once asked for a full pitcher of water and they got it for me in a second no questions asked (was very dehydrated). If it's your birthday, they know how to celebrate it; you'll have a good time! No idea how but the food is ready and made in remarkable times, seemingly 15 minutes maybe. We've never waited more than 30 minutes for our food.
Food: The food is the best Mexican I've had. Authentic, flavorful, and consistent all the time. I typically go for the quesadillas or burritos, I always try to have something new every time and nothing disappoints. Their burritos are massive, you should go on a very empty stomach. The apps are amazing, we've had the majority of them by now and the freshly made guac can't be beat, only thing is it's chunky. Never made it to desert as we were always full. I've had probably 60% of everything on the menu at this point and these guys nail it every time.
Drinks: The margs are amazing, and the prices are wicked cheap for what you get. Always go for the grande! The zombie is my personal favorite, I love it. Mai Tai is also a favorite of mine. Plenty of variety of drinks, or shots if that's your thing - but expect lots of tequila! Overall the prices are pretty cheap compared to most places and you really get your bang for the buck.
Other: Interior and bathrooms all Mexico-themed and the design is very appealing, you kind of feel like you're in Mexico; reminiscent of Mexico in Disney if you've been there. Music is Mexican and not too loud but still audible, a nice touch. They got a statue of a guy in a sombrero smoking a cigar, what's not to love? They have a bar as well if you'd rather go to a bar, can't say anything more since I've never sat there. Wait times can be INSANE sometimes (cinco de mayo for example), so make sure you call ahead for a reservation if possible. Typical wait times are less than 5...
Read moreWe have been going here at least three or four times a month. Today was our last visit. My water with lemon had something black floating in the bottom of the glass. I asked for a fresh glass of water and the waitress showed an attitude when she took it. We ordered our meal and I requested the chili relano and cheese enchilada with no red sauce and would pay extra to have caso on top instead. My friend ordered the same thing but with a chicken enchilada. Our plates were brought out with red sauce on our chili relano. I reminded her that we did not like the red sauce I had requested the caso. She took our relanos off our plate and took them back to the kitchen, leaving the remaining red sauce on our plates. When the relano was brought back the red sauce had been scrapped off and the cheese caso over it, still leaving the taste of the red sauce. My friends enchilada did not have chicken in it. When she complained, the waitress said she would bring another one. But it was was never brought. When we went to pay she ask that the enchilada be comped. The waitress refused and said it was a combination plate and it's what you get. We ask to talk to the manager and she informed us he was on a phone call and couldn't come. We made it clear we would never be back. We have lots of friends and we will make sure they learn about our experience. It's sad to treat a customer the way we were treated after being a faithful customer since it opened. We are very disappointed as we had never had a problem...
Read moreI absolutely LOVE Mexican food. I heard about this local joint through a friend and decided to go with them for lunch. I have to say this is the absolute best Mexican food I've ever eaten. The restaurant was clean and has a nice, warming aesthetic. We sat down and were served quickly. You get bottomless tortilla chips and salsa, which is nice, and I have to say I really don't like salsa, but this salsa was fantastic and I couldn't get enough of it; it was also a little spicy. There's a lunch menu but we didn't order from it. The standard menu is a good size and has a good variety of authentic Mexican food and Tex Mex. I ordered the Chipotle Burrito, which contains chicken, Chorizo (a Spanish spicy pork sausage), seasoned rice, and is then smothered in a thick Chipotle sauce and sour cream. It was absolutely amazing. It came out extremely hot so you need to be a little careful, but regardless it was amazing. The portions were large and filling. They have a bar but I am still unable to touch on that, being under 18. I definitely plan on returning though....
