McDonald's — Restaurant in Vernon

After messing up our order after going through the drive thru I went inside staff was rude about 6 members seen me standing there not one asked if I needed help after a few minutes a lady came to the register asking what I would like to order I told her I just came from the drive thru and my order wasn't complete and told her what was missing she gave me a attitude and threw a few sauces in a bag I ased you only give 2 sauces for 20 nuggets? She said no but since you want ketchup it counts towards your sauces I was confused because we also got 2 large and a medium fri she had a attitude and put 2 more sauces in the bag and handed me a cup I asked what the cup was for she said to fix your order I said it wasn't the drinks that was messed up it was large fries she said well your gonna have to give me a minute and started taking more orders the next lady asked if she gets a number for a table because they are dining in the cashier said no I put it as a to go order because you didn't say you was dining in so listen for your number to be called on the receipt mind you she didnt ask if the order was for here or to go either she was so rude I will never go there again when I go to Connecticut to...

Morning staff is not super efficient. I asked for two hash browns with one sausage and cheese biscuit sandwich. I got no hash browns and two sausage and cheese mcmuffin sandwiches— even AFTER correcting the lady who took my order at the window. I had pulled up to the window, she said “doordasher’s name?” I said no, she said “oh you had the two sandwiches” to which I corrected, “No, I had two hash browns and one sandwich.” She nodded her head, proceeded with payment, then gave me the wrong order. She has consistently input my order wrong in the mornings. Today was just the wrong day so I decided to leave a review. I’m also pretty sure she is the morning manager? She’s always in a different color shirt than the rest of the staff.

I ordered 3 sauces for my menu: sweet and sour, honey mustard, and ranch. When I received my order, I saw that there was only one sweet and sour sauce. I asked the employee to add the sauces I was going to eat, and he gave them to me. When the manager saw that he was giving me sauces, she said rudely that she had already given me one and that I had to pay for the rest of the sauces. To which I replied that I had ordered in the system, so it was the price that was written there, and I said that I was ready to pay. I also told her that other McDonald's restaurants have a price and I'm fine paying for my sauces. She waved her hand and said okay. So who was I supposed to pay if they were free in the system?
