Please do not make the mistake I did and be lured by all the little benefits that they offer from making a purchase at their establishment. I purchased two new tires and was told that one of my tire pressure sensors was dead and two others were on their way out and that the three of them needed to be replaced. My tire pressure sensors never ever went off unnecessarily prior to getting the two new tires at their location in Manchester. When I left after getting the tires the tire pressure sensors went on after driving for about seven to eight miles. I went back and that's when they told me one of them was dead and two needed to be replaced because they were on their way out. I brought my car immediately to my regular mechanic and ask them to check the tire pressure sensors and I didn't tell them what had just transpired I wanted a fresh opinion. They checked them and said that one of the batteries was low and the rest of them were perfectly fine. They reset them and they have been working wonderfully ever since. Now about two months later I have a nail in my tire it is on the flat part of the tire which I know is plugable. I went to the Vernon location and the associate came out and looked at my tire and said there's no way we can repair that it's too close to the Wheel wall. He informed me that I would have to buy a new tire. I said well I will have to come back at another time. I again immediately drove to my regular mechanic did not tell them what had just transpired as I wanted a fresh opinion. One of the mechanics came out and looked at it and said yes we can plug that. I asked him are you sure it is okay to plug it's not too close to the wheel wall? He said no it is on the flat part of the tire there is no problem, if it were closer to the Wheel wall I would say no we cannot plug it but it is perfectly fine to plug. Please do not take your vehicle to Town Fair Tire as they will try to sell you products you do not need and they will not provide the little extras that you're supposed to get for free with the purchase of new tires without trying to rip you off even further. Please don't fall for their gimmicks with all the little perks they offer it's not worth the headache and it's not worth the extra money you will have to spend taking care of the things that they will rip...
Read moreI'd give ZERO stars if I could. This place is a joke! I had new tires put on last summer and have had nothing but issues with them since, when they were initially put on I paid for them to balance my tires but while driving my car after getting them put on my car was jumping and riding VERY rough like it never has before. I brought my car back and they stated the balancing for my tires were way off which was confusing to me since that's what they stated they did and what I paid for. I then brought my car back for a simple TIRE ROTATION that I had to wait hours around for even though I had an appointment and they completely screwed my tires up again. I brought my car to another trusted mom and pop tire place in town and they told me two of my tires had a manufacturer defect and were not made properly and should have never been placed on a car to be driven (mind you the balance of my tires were STILL off, this is now the second time they claim they balanced them and clearly didnt). When I brought my car back to Town Fair regarding the defective tires they placed on my car they replaced them only after me insisting they be replaced. After they finished my car they said one of my lug nuts and stud on one of my tires was stripped off and tried blaming it on the place I brought my car to that told me Town Fair put defective tires on my car which didn't make sense to me since when I drove my car directly from the mom and pop trusted tire place to Town Fair NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY LUG NUTS so all of a sudden now there is???? Hmm pretty clear to me who stripped it off. Every time I bring my car here for simple rotations, balancing, etc I leave with my car having more issues than before. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO REPLACE A WHEEL ON MY KIDS TRICYLCE. Don't even get my started on the horrible customer service and unprofessionalism in this place. Buyer beware.

Read moreI recently went to Town Fair’s Vernon location on Friday afternoon after experiencing a tire blow out on the highway. After discussing my options, Antwane provided a recommendation and reviewed the tire specs. We were able to get the replacement tires delivered and scheduled for installation the next day (thank goodness).
From a price point perspective, Antwane was able to beat the quote from the dealership (replacing all four tires/disposal fees/alignment etc.).
The customer service he and Jen provided was excellent. They both listened to my concerns and addressed them. I had a couple follow- up questions afterwards which they handled.
It’s been a couple of days driving with the new tires. I’m very happy with the ride/handling and with Antwane’s recommendation. We’ve also purchased winter tires last year (working with Brian) and also had a great experience with their service and follow up.
Updated 2/10/25 Still happy with Antwane’s recommendation so I took our SUV along with price quotes from Costco. Herb and LeVaughn went out of their way to find a comparable, readily available option within the same price point. So although Costco offers many of the same amenities (tire rotation/balancing etc.); they are unable to perform alignments. Very happy with the service, overall price, timely installation (on a Monday); both Herb and LeVaughn were fantastic. Glad I called and made an appointment to talk to them in person (Vernon location) before I...
