I had the pleasure of visiting Palato Cafe in Vero Beach this morning, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with my experience!

The sandwich I ordered was nothing short of amazing. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors blended together perfectly. The combination of the crispy, toasted bread with the savory fillings made for a delightful meal that left my taste buds dancing with joy. It's evident that the chefs here take great pride in their craft.

But what truly stole the show for me was the Elixir Smoothie. It was a burst of refreshment in every sip. WoW 🤩 what an excellent find. I would seriously come back just for the company. The lady who took our order, her smile melted my heart, such peace, such joy, so welcoming, I immediately felt at home like I was at my mom or nana’s home enjoying a meal.

And to add to the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, as you might have already guessed, the food was incredible 🤤

The vegetable empanadas was soft yet crunchy filled with quinoa and lentils.

The black coffee divine. My husband is a coffee connoisseur and rated the coffee ☕️ 10/10. He doesn’t even rate Starbucks that high 😄

My hubby got the Açaí Green. WoW you could taste the healthiness in each bite. As you can tell by the picture, the presentation was beautiful 💗

I got the LOX croissant. It was soooo good I hardly wanted to share it with hubby 😝The smoke salmon was great quality and wasn’t overly salty even with the added capers.

And to top off the overall experience; the banana, coconut bread. O M G 😍 I ordered it to go but it never made it out the door. One taste was not enough. 😋

Just WOW! Both me and my business partner were on the road and needed a quick bite to eat. Healthy and clean food options are far and few so we were happy to give this place a try. Well let me just tell you how sorry we are that we’re not locals!! We would eat here weekly if we could! We were served by a lovely woman whom we believe may be the owner or one of the head chefs. The sparkle in her eye as she answered our questions about the menu told us we were in for a good meal! I actually saved it to my favorites before the food was even served! We started with a smoothie each, after our tumeric shots that is. Wonderfully naturally flavored and NOT overly sugary sweet. Delish! Then came our food. I’ve never had an omelette before with plantain, and I’m sold! The side of bread was served warm and even the butter wasn’t rock hard out of the fridge!
