My whole family loves Salvi! If you like to spend your money at places that are local, this is your spot! There is hot chocolate which my kids love! The food is always delicious, pastries are homemade, coffee cake is to die for! The coffee is top notch, there is not an overwhelming variety (which I like) but what they do offer, they excel in. Was visiting Vero Beach from out of town and decided to stop by Salvi Coffee. I’m so glad I did! I was welcomed with a peaceful atmosphere and Hannah, the barista, was very warm and personable. The interior made me feel like I was stepping inside of a Californian coffee shop. Very trendy and tasteful design choices. The cappuccino I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the pastry I tried tasted like a homemade pastry made with the very best ingredients. This church friendly cafe is spacious, comfortable, and good vibes all around. It's a great place to get some work done as they have a decent number of outlets all around. They also have nice coffee and donuts (only Wednesdays I believe). On a personal note, I'm really hoping the skilled and friendly barista sisters help to fulfill my dream of finally getting one of those famous homemade pop tarts.
