I will not sugsr cote this reviw , this is my own oppinion. We visited Pizzoodles on sunday afternoon, as we entered and sat by the window we had a good view of hole place, restaurant is not too small but on the small side , nothing G unusual or memorable but also not uncomfortable. We ordered most expensive ( $25,00 ) pizza in hope that it would be the best one they make with everything on it , they serve only one size , 16 in which was fine,. Pizza come looking good and inviting but as I try to pick up a slice I realized that pizza crust was beyand soggy, emposible to hold in hand and eat it , only way I could eat it was with fork and knife , to be fair, edge of pizza was crispy, so pizza experience was less than satisfactory, as for taste , not bad but nothing to brag about it either , beside of pizza my wife ordered some kind of pasta nd shrimp dish with oil and garlic on top of it , after a good dose of table top cheese it was good to my wife , I would not pay $15.00 again for plate of pasta , so there was a glass of ice tea with lunch and total bill with tip come to $50.00 . This restaurant and food we were served did not justify $50.00 bill , I am not sure if we will be brave enough to visit...
Read moreHere’s what take out from “the best pizza in Vero Beach” looks like or so they claim. They get tons of business from the locals here so they don’t care. The locals gobble this stuff up but then again when they opened Moes here in town you would of thought it was some kind of gourmet restaurant. Back to the pizza: salt it tastes like pure salt which probably means cheap cheese. One time I ordered 2 pizzas for some company and they were so tiny I had to get more food. When I called them they said “the dough wasn’t good today” uhhhhh. I asked if they made their meatballs and the lady on the phone laughed basically saying they don’t have time to make home made meat balls but their website says they make “fresh mozzarella daily” so they have time to make fresh mozzarella but not meatballs …sure. It’s just another over priced pizza place here in Vero pumping out low...
Read moreWhat a fantastic place to eat. We arrived on a Wednesday eve. The place was busy, but service is prompt and kept things going.
Our server was very attentive and got things perfectly right. She is great (I can't remember her name, but she has shoulder length straight hair). We got the garlic knots with sauce and chese... THIS APP WAS HUGE! And oh so delicious. These have been the best garlic knots I've ever had. We also had chicken parm and pizzodles chicken... boy oh boy! Do yourself a favor and order all of these items. The portions are big, the flavor is on point, the cooking was done right: not dry, not nasty. Chicken was perfectly moist and flavorful.
This restaurant was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Vero Beach. Visit if you are in town.
Love, some weirdos...
