3 Avenues Shopping Center — Local services in Vero Beach

Well situated plaza with a variety of different stores, restaurants, and other services. The ingress and egress into the center is ok and even on the busiest of days there seems to be ample parking. I would consider Panera and Bonefish Grill to be its two anchors but there is an easement road which connects it to the Publix shopping center which really opens the dynamics of the shopping experience without the driving frustrations. At night is kind of nice with its colored tree lighting which provides evening decor as well as safety lighting. This cluster of shops is always a hit-or-miss. Bonefish is good, the clothing stores are decent, the manager in Panera is always yelling at the workers in front of customers, and they added so many little stores that nobody cares about, like the math tutoring, noodle shop, and yogurt place.
