McDonald's — Restaurant in Versailles

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the following: doublecheese extra value meal - Large, Diet Dr. Pepper, only ketchp on the burger, hamburger extra onions, medium fries, 2 large Hi-C orange drinks, #5 value meal (buttermilk chicken sandwich) Large - Diet Dr. Pepper and a double cheeseburger. Got to the window and and received my drinks and food and saw the slip on the hamburger saying only onions. I pointed this out to the person in the drive thru window. She said she would have it fixed correctly and brought to me, go ahead and pull up to parking spot number 1. I waited there for over 10 minutes and decided to go back in to find out why it was taking so long. Found out from the manager that they did not know I was parked and waiting. The manager handed me what she said was the correct sandwich and just said sorry. As I got to my car and about to leave I was approached by the Drive-thru person with another sandwich saying it was the correct sandwich and I could keep the one given to me previously. When I got home, neither sandwich was marked as to which one was the one with extra onions. I have worked for McDonald's in the past for 5 years during that time I was a swing manager for 1 year. I figured in a situation where a customer was forgotten about would get more than just I am sorry for what happened. By the time I got home the food was cold. In the future, when I am making a decision about where I grab a quick bite for my family and myself, McDonald's will be at the bottom...

McDonald's always leaves something to be desired. We did a mobile order and got a deal for buy one quarter pounder and get the second one free. While that deal is pretty good, why is a 4 piece nugget less than 50c different than the 6, with both over 2 dollars? A 4 piece nugget should most definitely be on the 1 dollar menu, or at the least a buck fiddy. This place is almost always busy especially at lunch and on school nights when there's a game or some other event, so I'd steer clear. They never staff the correct amount of people to function correctly, and it shows.I would avoid going there close to closing because during the final hours, they basically run a skeleton crew. The overall quality suffers greatly from this, as they are tired and amazingly overworked. Honestly, just go somewhere else and pay the same amount for better quality and service. We ordered our food with the mobile order all was good we got are receipt. They told us to pull to spot number 4 we did that. They brought out food to the car next to us which was actually are food they handed our food to the people next to us they said that’s not there food and gave it back then they tried to give us that same food that those people touched DURING A PANDEMIC we went inside and said they needed to remake the meal they said well they only touched this and this part of your food like it was ok that the other people touched are food then the fry cook was extremely rude making rude remarks. When we got are food remade and tasted the fry's they were inedible covered with salt. The fry cook made the fry's and because she was mad at us for complaining she HEVALY salted our fries!
