Spotz Gelato — Restaurant in Versailles

The gelato is very tasty. We are a large family and were regulars at least twice a week until recently when our grown daughter was treated terrible and called a thief by an older man working behind the counter. She is always with whoever goes, or is the driver and they order for everyone and bring it home. Every single visit she has always asked for an extra cup for the car to put one of the servings down in to keep from spilling. At the last visit the employees were busy so she reached to get an extra cup when the older man acted ridiculous, calling her a thief and continued talking about her stealing loudly with the young man who appeared to be in training. She had no problem paying for the cup and said so. Why would she have thought it would have been a problem when this has been going on for months and twice a week? She literally has the sweetest spirit and was mortified. This could have been handled in a much better manner. If it was such a big deal he should have taken the money she offered for the charge that he claimed has always been in place. Sadly our minimum of $50 total twice weekly will go to another local business that appreciates...

I recently had Spotz Gelato to cater my wedding in Louisville, KY and I could not be more happier with my choice! I replaced Spotz Gelato truck with cocktails and everyone loved it. Perfect for a hot September afternoon.

I picked strawberry gelato, cookies and creame, rainbow and expresso, all four flavors were delicious. All my guests could not get enough of it. Not only were they delicious but I should mention that Spotz Gelato is easy to work with, professional and provided great services. It has been a month since my wedding and everyone is still telling me how amazing ice cream were!

My only regret is I could have taken photos of the amazing flavors and share it but I was too busy that night. But, thank you...

Super cute atmosphere, young kids behind the counter don't know what customer service is. Ordered a sundae with a cherry,.. the other young lady started making a shake accidentally so instead of wasting it we just changed our order to the shake, no big deal. When she was done she had gotten a cherry out to put on the top of the shake and the other girl told us we would have to pay an additional .75cents for it which we did not agree with since we had changed our order to help them not waste anything but much to our surprise she took the cherry and dropped it straight into the trash! You talk about a slap in the face,.. I will never return to this...
