Starbucks — Restaurant in Vicksburg

the weather is hot and the Frappuccino is awesome - assuming that is they are not out of Frappuccino base and you can actually get a frapp. We’ve frequently waited in the drive thru only to be told they can’t make a frapp at all. Once or twice is fine but this is a frequent occurrence and that’s a problem. The franchise is short staffed and the staff that is available is rude the one time I ordered a frapp when they could actually make a frapp I ordered a chocolaty chip frapp and the lady tried to give me a mocha one when I said I’d asked for a chocolaty chip she started arguing with me that the mocha frap is the chocolaty chip eventually she herself admitted she was wrong but only after showing me extreme attitude as if she was doing me a favor by taking my order in the first place. I’ve always been a huge Starbucks fan but this one SUCKS the owner needs to hire more people with better attitudes and for gods sake you’re in Mississippi make sure you don’t run out of frapp base every other flipping day. Save yourself the trouble guys and go to cafe paradisso, drink local especially since this Starbucks franchise isn’t worth a second...

My husband and I drove through Vicksburg, MS on Saturday, 7/29, and swung by this Starbucks around 8 AM. The staff was overwhelmed and took it out on the customers. The man before me in the drive thru was greeted and asked to wait which was followed by silence for several minutes. As he tried to get the attention of the staff member through the intercom she stated it would just be a few more minutes because they were backed up. He said he was just there for a mobile order and she responded with, "Its probably not ready. We are very behind." -- I ordered a grande cold brew with sweet vanilla cream. As I received my order I felt there was more cream than usual. Sharing this with the staff member, she charged me $5 for a black iced coffee to add to my grande to balance it out. All in all, my self-made venti was $12, I mixed it in my car, and the two drinks took a good amount of time to receive. -- Later we stopped at a Starbucks in Texarkana. A perfect venti coffee with sweet vanilla cream for $7. -- Vicksburg Starbucks is stressed, overcharges, and does not care if the customer is...

Awesome, well-run Starbucks! We stopped here after a late afternoon lunch at Chic Fil A next door as I needed "real" coffee not from a gas station or fast food place and it was late afternoon. Being coffee-deprived, I drove across the street and went inside and requested "2 large Pike's Roast). The young man was busy but stopped and promptly took my order and accepted payment from the app on my phone. He quickly mentioned that it would be a few minutes to brew a fresh pot as he dumped out the older stuff. I thanked him for doing this and my day became much brighter as a result. I cannot recall how often I receive lukewarm or stale coffee from Starbucks if I go in the afternoon and I go often at that time. Not sure why Starbucks does not train their staff to ensure the coffee is fresh and hot, not lukewarm or stale for late afternoon customers. We also needed a restroom break and both myself and wife noted the spotless restrooms and clean facility and lot.
