This was THE WORST service customer experience I have ever felt with. VERY ghetto. The Wendy’s district manger needs to come and get their management & team in check. I have never felt the need to be any type of rude to anyone who works in fast food as I have delt with those things working in fast food before. But I have NEVER been tested like this before. To start off my HORRIBLE experience. I came through the drive through and the young girl who took my order was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and acted incompetent. She would not relate anything back to me and kept rushing my order as if I was finished. As I’m trying to tell her the last thing I need she started yelling at her co workers in the headset and didn’t not turn it off. She was screaming “DEMTETRI! DEMTRI!! YOU CASHING OUT THE WRING ORDER! NOW I GOTTA RE DO THIS LING ORDER.” as if it’s not her job. And continued to not repeat anything back and didn’t not have enough care if she got everything I ordered or not. Mind you this “long order” she had to re do. Was 3 meals. Then as I pull around to the second window to pick up my food they first handed me the wrong order. Then proceeded to go about their night. As I informed them I was missing 2 meals they took the bag back and said they gave me the wrong one. Then proceeded the give me no straws. Missing a sandwich and wouldn’t have given me the right drinks if I wouldn’t have told them what I ordered. Then told me to pull around and they would bring my food out. 1 sandwich mind you. Then I continued to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich that should’ve been made had they gotten my order right in the first place. As I get impatient waiting on a sandwich that should NOT take longer then 10 minutes to make I go back through the drive thru to remind them I am still waiting. As I hear the MANAGER in the back say “well tell her that it did have to cook” as I proceeded to tell them they told they would have my food right out but failed to. Still no straws. I rate this customer service...
Read moreMy friend ordered food from the restaurant & she did not receive her food. When bringing the issue to the staff's attention over the course of three times, they did not properly address the issue. The Front of House workers and Manager insisted that she did receive her order and that she was lying. They said they remade the burger three times, but they never called her name to receive it. They primarily the supposed manager, had a disgusting attitude when talking to her and did not want to make her food ever again. The manager said "I am not going to continue wasting food," but the burgers were getting to someone else's food? When they finally did make it, after convincing from her friends, it was still wrong. At first, they only handed her a burger (That was wrong, by the way) when she ordered a $5 meal. Of course, they carried an attitude when this was brought to the manager's attention. Not one time during this whole situation did my friend raise her voice and was very polite about it, but the workers was the complete opposite. During the whole visit, the staff had been arguing with each other and other customers. The main lady instigating the issue name is Raven Brown. I am utterly upset about the visit and the completely unnecessary altercation. I expected better from this Wendy's and will never be...
Read moreI received a Wendy's coupon for a free chicken sandwich if you buy one chicken sandwich. I used the coupon today to get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich for me and a grilled chicken sandwich for my companion. The sandwiches were delicious. I mean how can you beat lunch for $2.50 each? The reason I did not give Wendy's five stars is that when we came into the restaurant there were lots of employees working behind the counter, but only one person seemed to actively be taking orders. There were already four people in line when we walked in the door. After several minutes an employee walked from the back to the front counter and opened the second register. This is the person that took our order. She specifically asked if the order was to go. I said yes, but when they called my name, the order was on a tray and not in the bag to go. This meant the employee who brought the order to the counter had to take it off the tray and put it in a bag. Fortunately we were not in a big hurry, but this does slow down the process for others waiting in line. I checked the ticket and found that despite asking if the order was to go, the cashier incorrectly marked it...
