I recently visited this brand-new coffee roaster and cafe in downtown Victor, and I was thoroughly impressed. The organic beans are carefully selected for quality, and you can taste the difference. The owner’s passion for coffee really shines through, especially in their dedication to using equipment that doesn’t leach any plastics into your brew – a detail I really appreciate.

The space itself is inviting, with clean surroundings, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. There’s even a great deck for outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your coffee on a sunny day.

Stopped by for drinks on our way to Jackson Hole. First walking up to the coffee shop was a cool vibe. Lots of outdoor seating and open doorways to the indoor seating area. Latte milk options: whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, and half and half. Latte flavors: limited Large latte: comes with 2 shots I had been hoping for a white mocha latte but unfortunately this wasn’t something they served. There are only a handful of latte flavors to add in. Menu is slightly limited and pretty basic. My husband was happy with his drip coffee. The kids enjoyed the hot cocoa- but no whip cream available. One of the baristas was super sweet and kind (cute girl with dreads) and had a great structure. The other barista girl working was a lil short...

Nothing to write home about. There was something crunchy in the bottom of our cups that I would rather not ask questions about. And worse of all- the long black hair wrapped around my cup that I fought with to get off for at least a minute was quite the put-off! Where we come from if you have long hair you wear it pulled up or in a hair net or covered with a ball cap. I would recommend this! And the Barista looked like she had just rolled out of bed and was not ready for her day. Smile! I get it is early in the morning, but you are at a coffee shop so a chipper early bird personality really makes the experience a whole lot better!
