We went to Victor, ID for a place to stay by Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We went during Covid so we're looking for restaurants that only had outdoor seating. Totally surprised when my bf found this place. I looked at the menu and found Filipino dishes! I'm Filipino so obviously I was excited. The dishes had so much flavor. We went back three times in a span of a week.
Spare ribs: absolutely my favorite. A mix of smoky and sweet sauce with the ribs and the flavor just soaked throughout the meat makes my mouth water as I write this review. I paired it up with an order of rice.
Lechon kawali: okay so if you're Filipino this is just a classic. I asked for it extra crispy and man did it hit the spot. I dipped it in the Mang Tomas sauce and got a feeling of home immediately . It also came with a suka and toyo mix sauce (vinegar and soy sauce)
Miso soup: this is an appetizer that I normally just overlook but I was cold the third day so I just wanted soup. I was so glad that I tried it. It took a few minutes to prepare it but I attributed that to them not having it just sitting there like other restaurants. It showed in the flavor of the broth.
Chop suey: not the usual Filipino chop suey but my mom was craving a veggie dish and this one was a great option to try. We liked the sauce and the young baby corn.
Teriyaki burger: my brother can vouch for this wagyu beef dish. He loved it so much he ate it all three times. He kept trying to get us to go back just so he can order it. Also the shoe string fries won us all over. Super crispy. Sorry no pics cuz my lil bro downed the whole thing so fast I don't think anyone wants to see the half eaten burger but trust us it's good.
Ramen: we had this broth on the first night and also had bold flavor. I feel like I repeat "flavor" a lot but each dish truly has its own unique taste to it.
Seared mahi mahi: seasoned pretty well, light meal when paired with the jasmine rice. A nice clean cut meal.
Lumpia (spring rolls): I mean it's lumpia! Theirs is pretty meaty. You can't really have enough.
Chicken adobo and pancit: my mom had these two so I can't describe them as well but she liked them. We had these the first meal and by the time we got them we were so full that we couldn't finish it.
A fantastic restaurant just be patient cuz it's a mom and pop restaurant so sometimes it takes a while to get the dishes ready but I guarantee you'll be satisfied...

4.5/5 Delicious Asian Cuisine
Atmosphere: Homey, cozy, warm, and welcoming. It felt like a haven during the winter storm. Seats were plentiful and roomy given the small space. Overall it was as if we came into our favorite aunties home for her homemade cooking!
Food: The Asian Sweet Chili Lme Chicken was so good! It was sweet and spicy. 5/5
The nasi goreng was so beautifully presented. There was a symphony of textures- the dish never got old! Every bite had a new, unique touch to it. It was a bit bland, wish there was more salt or soy sauce. Thankfully we requested for a spicy sauce and they gave us sambal, which complimented the fried rice perfectly! The chicken curry also helped boost the overall flavor. 4/5
Chicken curry had a rich, creamy, deep flavor! It was heart warming and hunger quenching. After a long cold day, it was the exact thing we needed. Both main dishes were massive in size, we had to take leftovers home. Unfortunately the large chunks of vegetables were not fully cooked. Still, flavor wise this was the best! 4.5/5
The servers were so friendly and caring, only multiplying the cozy atmosphere and satisfying meal. We would definitely come again for some authentic array of southeast Asian food in...
Read moreHands down, some of the most delicious food I've eaten! I’ve been visiting Jackson Hole for three summers, and I make sure to return to this restaurant in Victor, Idaho. I hadn’t had Pho before in my first two visits, so I had to try it this time, and it was very memorable; my friends loved it, too! Sadly, we forgot to take a picture of it. I also love their Adobo. My all-time fave is Ramen; this can compete in one of the ramen places I loved in New York, and if you like rice, then nasi goreng is perfect! The egg roll was meaty and crispy!
The staff here genuinely cares about their guests. Our waitress, Julie, was courteous and helpful, ensuring our entire dining experience was flawless. She told us that they’re open for breakfast as well. I think it's on Thursday-Sunday, and we just had to try it too. Jesse, our server, provided excellent service and was friendly and funny; we had a wonderful breakfast! Longganisa was probably my favorite! They made us feel like VIPs. This restaurant surpassed all of my expectations. You don't frequently discover a setting where everything fits together so well. I'll suggest it to every one of my...
