Target — Local services in Victoria

The reason I give this rating is because I was there 2 weeks ago, and there were literally stocking boxes down every aisle. This isn’t the first time it has been this way. I have worked in a grocery store before so I understand stocking and the need for it, but every aisle? Probably 75% of the boxes didn’t have a single person working on them, so why bring them on the floor when the aisles are narrow in this store? I couldn’t get down majority of the aisles. I ended up leaving my cart with the items I had been able to retrieve. I hated doing that but it was kind of frustrating for the customer, and I wasn’t the only one feeling that way that day. Also, when you call the store and hit the prompt to talk to someone, it hangs up every time! I did an online order because not all brands are carried at this store (which is totally understandable and fine), but my order wasn’t supposed to be ready until tomorrow (Saturday), but I got a message on Wednesday, which is great that it was early, but now I got a message saying that I must it up by tomorrow (the original date it was to be ready). It is a holiday... Black Friday too, and I was just going to come on Monday but I now can’t get a hold of the store to see if I can pick it up on Monday and to make sure they don’t send it back. I will now have to make a trip (on Black Friday) to the store. I really love target but not a fan...

The management lacks knowledge on how to talk professional to guest that are having problems. Management is not helpful at all and they lack knowledge of where guests can find items to purchase. Employees visit with themselves while your checking out, they are rude also. They don't honor their own internet prices saying its corporate and not them. But if you order the same item on the internet it is pulled off of their shelf. A store item for 10.99 and an internet price of 5.99 they say that you can purchase only one item for 5.99. But you can order the same item thru the internet for 5.99 and buy 10 of them and pick them up in a hour, because it comes from the store stock and is not shipped from corporate. This should be theft as many people pay double when they don't have to. I would not recommend anyone going to this store unless you want to pay more than you should for an item that is 1/2 the price on the internet, and you can pick up your internet item in less than an hour because it comes from the same shelf of the item that is...

I went to Target to buy some Polaroid film for my son's camera that he got for Easter. this was one of the only stores that had the kind of film I was looking for my first time ever going to Target the entire time I was followed around by a bald man with a beard everywhere I went he was there.I just find it very rude that paying customers get followed around like there's some sort of criminals I would understand if you was there a couple times but even when I went to go to check out he was there. Target needs to realize that not everybody or thieves.and good honest customers don't respect being followed around stores I've never been followed around a store ever this was my first experience life. And I did not find it very comfortable to be followed...
