Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Victorville

Imagine using the app for BOGO famous stars. You make them cheeseburgers, but they want to charge you for pickles and spread. Meanwhile the system won't take off the price of the lettuce, tomatos or onions (that's understandable). Yet, if you want extra tomatoes, onions or lettuce there is a fee which is understandable.

Had the same problem before, but with another customer. I asked for my extras on the side so they wouldn't have to pay for it. Unfortunately the staff said no, since I was going to give to another. If it's my food that I'm paying for, one can't stop me from sharing. I don't understand their practice or if it's with just a random event that day. The attitude in regards to that, was simply disappointing. (July 26th). Imagine having an autistic child that eats everything plain and they complain about how...

The quality of the food at this Carl's is better than a lot of the others in the HD. However the last couple times I've been there my order has been wrong. I called both times and they were very nice about it and offered to replace my order the next time I come in. So while it is nice to get free food I would also like to get my order correct in the first place. The staff here is friendlier and more helpful than other Carl's. (Carl's Jr. is one of the inly fast food places I eat since they introduced the Beyond burger) If you're vegan and haven't tried the Beyond burger yet you should! Just ask for no cheese and no mayo to make it vegan. The only con is that I think they cook it on the same surface as the meat but I believe you can request for it to be cooked...

Messed up my order & said to come back for the jalapeño poppers I payed for but never got. Went back was out of the jalapeño poppers. Came back again and asked for it and was told they had no record. Asked for my receipt (that I didn't have anymore)& that it was 2 months and that was too long. Answered w/I was never told a time limit & couldn't remember the person name i talked to. Also said what's the big deal u guy's Messed up my order &it's just jalapeño poppers. Was told sorry can't hand out free food. Said to call the next day to talk to the store manager. Asked y i need to call when it was their mess up. Told sorry. Then didn't have a chance to call because I was working and by the end of the day forgot. So just double check your order...
