I ordered take out for 2 footlongs in the Subway app. The app showed that my order would take about 30-35 min to be ready. I arrived on time. There were 6 customers in line and only 2 employees. I was ignored for 8 min as i stood by the register. Not even a greeting! The first thing the employee asked me was if I had a takeout order. I gave her my name and she said the order is not ready because it only came in 2 minutes ago (pointing to a piece of paper hanging over the counter). I never saw anyone put the order slip up during the 8 min I had already been there. I told the employee I ordered over 30 minutes ago and asked how long will it be. She repeated it only came in 2 minutes ago and said "we are busy, we'll get to it as soon as we can", pointing to the customers in line. I replied, "when it came in is a Subway problem. I can see you have other customers. I was given a time to pick up. I arrived on time and have been waiting for 10 min now. I ordered takeout on other apps as well. My order is usually ready on time, but upon occasion there may be a bit of a wait. I was just asking how long". I couldn't make out what she scuffed in response and continued to help the customers in line. After, having been there for 42 min. new customers came in and she was going to help them. I asked "if you are not going to make my order, then can you please give me a refund so I could leave.". She was rude. During most of our conversation she spoke while I was speaking with total disregard and disrespect to what I had to say. I had to talk over her just to be heard. For this she accused me of raising my voice. She told me I would need to talk to Subway to cancel my order because she refuses to make it. I asked for her name and the number. She refused to give me her name and told me to look up the number. There is no human to call and speak to. I had to submit a refund request to an AI chat. SHAME ON SUBWAY & SHAME ON...
Read moreI hate to write crappy reviews but this is the second time I have gone and got such rude customer service from the girl with the glasses and wears her hair in a bun, she doesn’t have a name tag. The first time I went in there was one person ahead of me and I believe she was training another employee, cool I understand. No greeting, no I’ll be right with you. I stood there for over 20 minutes on my lunch break while they laughed and had a Spanish lesson with the customer. I even sat down I was so annoyed of waiting. And not being acknowledged. Today I ordered online went in and the same employee told me she didn’t have an order for my name. Confirmed the address. Showed her my confirmation and she just walked away and started making my sandwich. Which was suppose to be ready over half an hour prior to me coming in. (Ordered a hour ahead of me coming in) Didn’t apologize for it not being ready, or even smile or say it was the system. Nothing. And then just slapped my cup down and walked away after she bagged my 6”. I get it, I work customer service and worked food for over 7 years. Read moreToday, there were 2 ladies working, they were preoccupied in making the orders for pickup first, then the line that was waiting patiently to get their order. My mother went inside this subway, I was sitting in the car waiting, when I was wondering why it was taking longer just to get a a 12 inch sandwich. We got to subway at 2000 and she didnt get out until 2023, 23 minutes waiting. My mother was saying that she was explaining one of the ladies what she wanted in her sandwich, half the sandwich was her and the other half was mine, obviously we both have different likes on our sandwiches. Tell me......why did the lady decide to add what she wanted on our sandwich instead of following what my mom wanted for one side of the sandwich and something else on the other half? She told me that the lady seemed annoyed or frustrated.
