Pacific Crab House — Restaurant in Victorville

My wife and I were craving crab 🦀 so we decided to check this place out. Upon arriving for dinner, we were greeted by the staff and sat down. Right away we were helped by Paul and a waitress. We ordered our food and enjoyed the Notre Dame football game on TV. We received our food shortly after and couldn’t wait to dive in. We ordered sausage, peeled 🦐 shrimp, and crab 🦀 to with the red potatoes 🥔 and corn 🌽 on the cob. My wife also ordered some 🍗 wings and fries 🍟 . Everything was so delicious 😋, the only issue I had was that the crab was over cooked. We tried breaking the shells to get the crab meat but we had to dig out each one. We also had to ask for shell crackers and metal forks because they bring you plastic forks when you sit down. Doesn’t make sense to give you plastic forks with crab. Also they should have the small crab forks made especially for digging out the crab meat when the shells don’t break properly. Other than that the experience, service and food were outstanding! Today was the first time we visited this location, at first I was honestly iffy as we arrived we were sat right away, we hadn't taken a sit when a young waitress asked for our drink and food choices. I was a little baffled and explained we had never been to this restaurant so we needed a bit of time. She took our order she was nice and explained prices and food portions which we appreciated. I ordered a bag with shrimp, mussels and sausage, my husband had the shrimp, lobster, sausage. The kids had the platter with catfish, shrimp, wings with a side of rice and Cajun fries. When we received our food who I think was the owner served our food, he was attentive and very detailed with his service. He made us feel welcomed and was kind to our children. When we were leaving he asked if we wanted refills and gave the kids a candy. The food wasn't bad at all, it was different than what we have in the high desert, which is awesome. Honestly the price for everything was great because we've paid $500+ other places we have eaten in California that serve the same dishes. I don't ever write reviews, but I had to write a review for this place. The Atmosphere is great and the Servers are all amazing kind and great people. We came on Sunday the 27 for our favorite server today (I think his name is Christian the Russian guy.) But we were told he works mornings on Sunday. But anyway we go in and its packed and got Seated by two ladies named Cierra and Alyssa. They were so sweat and attentive to us. We ordered the Snow crab, Muscles and Peeled shrimp with their all-in-one sauce, It was so good. However, as we were enjoying our meal we noticed an old man and his daughter come in. The man was extremely rude to our servers and made us very uncomfortable. Thankfully the ladies working that day handled the hostile strangers and made everything amazing. However Its shameful people can go after our restaurant workers and threaten their jobs in such hard times like these and face little punishment.
