Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Victorville

This place lets people harass u as u finish ordering. They let this man harass me and I was so shaken I left in a hurry and left my prescription glasses on the counter by the register and when I calmed down I realized as I was driving home I did not have my glasses. I called this restaurant 21 times in a row NO ANSWER so I drove back and asked nicely if they had them they said no. Ok can u look on your camera and see if I had them on when i.came in and they looked came out and told me NO U WERE NOT WEARING ANY GLASSES WHEN U CAME IN. CONFUSED I WALKED TO MY CAR IN TEARS AND A MAN NEXT TO ME ASKED IF I WAS ALRIGHT AND DID I FIND MY GLASSES I SAID NO HE TURNED AND WALKED AWAY TO ENTER THE STORE AND LOOKED TO HIS SIDE AND MY GLASSES WERE SMASHED IN THE GRASS OUTSIDE!!!!!! HE HANDED MY GLASSES IN PIECES TO ME AND I STORMED IN AND THE RUDE RUDE MANAGER BASICALLY TOLD ME OH WELL NOT OUR PROBLEM THE CAMERA IS GRAINY CANT SEE.WHAT HAPPENED!!!! OH NO CARLS JR U LET SOMEONE HARASS ME FOR NO REASON AND LET THEM TAKE MY GLASSES OFF YOUR COUNTER AND SMASH THEM OUTSIDE!!!! I made 2 order, using my app.. One order was using my rewards for a free Western Bacon Cheeseburger and the second order was a 2/$5 order. They recieved my first order but not my second. My boyfriend showed my app and e-mail and they refused to give him my order that I had already paid for! They gave me 1 of my orders, only. I had to go back in. They ignored me for about 3 to 4 minutes after a manager was notified I needed help. I did not know my boyfriend was just horribly mistreated and told to "get out," or I would have been furious! He had just told me to go in and tell them off. I did not know why until after I returned with the food. He was told off and told to get out! I couldn't beleive it. I was only asked at what time I made the order and it was made. I realized after leaving, however, the manager who made my food did not wash her hands! Only used gloves! I dont remember anyone washing their hands... Not even the girl that walked outside to take out an order, opened doors, came back in, and went right back...

This is my first visit to this location of Carl's Jr in Victorville. On the corner of Armagosa Rd. and Hook Avenue. I have the app but I am not familiar with where to find things on it. I walked in knowing it was their 12 days of Christmas promotion knowing that there was a shake available for a special price on December 24th. I went in I waited somebody came up to the counter I believe it was a manager but I am not sure. I told her I was there to get the special that day of the shake and she told me to open the app where to go on the app find it. She had a girl make it for me. I had it right away. It was excellent and made exactly as I asked with no whipped cream. And the person that helped me was excellent (I am sorry I don't know your name and the person that gave me my chocolate shake was...
