Placed my order online for carryout. Pizza wings and salad. Order ready in 22 to 25 minutes. No problem. My husband stopped on his way home from work after a long day, order is ready. No problem. He gets home and we discover there are no pepperoni's on our pizza, but they are listed on the receipt. No problem. I call and calmly and nicely explain the problem. After about 5 minutes he explains my replacement pizza will be ready in 45 to 50 minutes. I explain that is not ok, to fix their mistake. He says that they are really busy. Then I lost it. I said that is not my problem. My replacement pizza should not be added to the que of orders, it should take priority. He asks if I want to speak to the manager? I said of course. So I am placed on hold for 5 minutes. The first thing the manager says is do I want a refund! Really?! That's how you solve your mistake, just jump to a refund, not even offer to remake the pizza at a more reasonable timeframe? Mind you that it is 9pm and if I take a refund, I have to make alternate plans for dinner and time is running out! I don't think so. If I had asked for a refund that would have been different. At a minimum it should not take longer than my original order took?! Right?! Online it originally said 10 -11 minutes, but when I placed the order it said 20-22. So why now, do I have to wait almost 50 minutes for your mistake?! Then she tells me to not to yell at her or she won't help me! (I admit I was very frustrated and my voice was raised at that point and I was on speaker phone.) I said she was not helping me satisfactorily, she was doing what was convenient for them. They really need training in customer service! All they had to do was apologize, and offer a replacement or refund. If a replacement is what the customer wants, do it as quickly as possible! I live 4 mins away from this store. 30 mins later I call again and ask to speak to Brianna as the information on my order told me if I needed a manager that’s who I would speak to. Whoever answered the call said “I can’t give out personal information about employees and hung up. All I did was ask if Brianna the manager was there. So I call again and just ask yo speak to a manager. I finally speak to Brianna and let her know I’ve been waiting for my order for over an hour and 30 mins and she tells me it’s on its way so I tell her we called 30 mins ago and you guys said it was on its way and would be here in 15 min. She then screams to someone telling them my order needs to go out 1st. So I tell her my order isn’t already on its way then? She says no I am going to have someone drive it over now. When their tracker alerted me my pizza was ready I drove up and clicked that I arrived for pickup so I can supposedly walk in skipping the line to grab my food and get out. I walked up and read the sign at the door stating only one customer allowed at a time due to covid. So I waited outside for what seemed like forever because it was over 100 degrees outside. I decided to go back into my air-conditioning car that was about ten feet away from the entrance. When the one customer inside finally came out. A passer by walked right in. There was no body there to notice that I had been waiting first so I decided to just poke my head in to ask if I can just grab my pizza real fast. The moment I stuck my nose in the door an employee that looked like she was 12 years old shouted at me " ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME"! I didn't even get a chance to ask a simple question. I was patient and understanding until I got yelled at. What's the point of the online skip the line option if you can't even walk in when people cut in front of you. So rude.
