Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Victorville

My order was not correct chicken was mushy and slimey and one of my pizzas was missing toppings. I contacted Dominos and spoke to Gustavo to let them know and I was told they could remake my order but I would have to give them the items back so they can take them and discard of them. I expressed my concern because I am sick and had ordered food for my kids to eat . Why would you take items out of someone else's home and take back to your facility to discard with covid going on and I definitely let them know I am ill. Another woman got on the phone and stated that is what they do and I need not concern myself with that, but I feel i should because not only are they putting employees at risk they are contaminating there business by doing something so unsanitary! Needless to say I contacted the health department and filed a complaint. This is not a time for people to be petty about the safety of others I didnt even want to have them remake any thing after that comment because there is no telling how many contaminated food returns...

I made an online order with my card and then when I arrive to the store I was told that I had to provide the card and identification that I used to purchase my order with and that left me with going all the way back home to get my purse nowhere does it say that I have to provide identification when making an online purchase I had already paid for the pizza but still needed to go back and show proof that I paid for it what was the point of that I'm not sure but definitely a one-star because when the manager was informed about it they did not even make my pizza all over again they just gave it to me how it was 20 minutes before then and I wasn't even offered compensation for having to run back home and come all the way back! First time coming to this Domino's Pizza and definitely the last I will now make them come to me and not tip you would think that you were doing them a favor by getting carryout I'm paying for it in advance but you're not doing anybody any favors make him work for it everyone else who has...

Last time I went to this location it was absolutely stellar, but this was pre COVID-19. Now after it went downhill I ordered online but they got the pizza part right but I wanted to have my wings well done and there is no way to say that online so I called told the young man my name and he said that he would note that I wanted my wings well done, well that didn't happen then I did the curbside pick and I followed the instructions on the app/website by turing on my hazard lights so could see my car. I sat there for at least 5-6 minutes and absolutely no one came out. So I went inside and wasn't greeted and stood there until some decided to come and ask how may I help you and lastly they told me thats your order and I said no you're missing something and he looked again on the computer and then gave me my marinara sauce I ordered.
