So I regularly enjoy Jersey Mike's Subs. I've frequented Redlands location, Fontana's locations, and La Puente. I enjoy subs tremendously. And I can't stand when I order food that is wrong. As well I can't stand getting bad service. Tonight approximately 7:00 I go in to the Palmdale location. Which is borderline Victorville and Adelanto. And this is my fourth and I think last time I'll try eating here. Whether it's been attitude of an employee. Or getting my order wrong. Something is always off here. See the pictures, tonight I ordered a giant #43 chipotle cheese steak sandwich, chips and a large drink. This is the only sandwich I ever order. As it's my favorite. Yes you can see I've ate a good portion. Obviously I was hungry. But I ask myself. Where's the flavor? Everything was put on the sandwich. Minus the chipotle mayo. They asked if I wanted my receipt. No I didn't, hoping my order would be correct. And I will say. I wasn't having a good night. But I was pleasant with the staff the entire visit. But I question, how do you make that mistake? Things happen. But again, it's always something here. Along with this review. I will be contacting the manager and corporate. As someone should know, and act on this. Or correct this issue. Spending nearly $30 for your order to be incorrect. Is totally unacceptable. "A sub above" couldn't be further from the case tonight. I go to Jersey Mike's hoping to avoid going to subway and getting their negative service, and poor quality food. Jersey Mike's is supposed to be one of the top notch sandwich chains. Maybe just not this location. As I haven't had a problem with the others...
Read moreI loved this sandwich place to the point I come once to twice a week, very convenient to my home. It’s the employees that literally makes me stop coming here. Curbside quite often and 4 times during picking up my orders, I’ve been outside over 20 mins waiting, when walking in there’s maybe 1-2 other customers along with 3-5 other employees just standing around not doing anything. I know they see my car outside. They act so nonchalant at the situation. I can mention how long I was outside waiting and how it was a curbside order. “They just be like your name ? Here’s your order”. Not even a were sorry, etc. when they do decided to bring my orders, items are missing. I always have to call and mentioned that this and that and I can hear a mangers in the background mention yes approve her refund because this item is still here. I always email corporate as well on the location, and thank goodness they always forward me attached emails with the refunded receipt. So I guess I will have to drive to the other two locations and gives those a chance in the high desert because I refuse to completely stop going to really good sandwhich place because of poorly...
Read moreEdit: My mom and I share the same birthday and we eat at Jersey Mikes typically the week or so after the family celebrates. Just the two of us. This year I got an email that said they didn't see any purchases on mom's account. I dealt with a person in NJ and they basically told me to pound sand. I guess that's the customer experience you get once the company sells out to a corporate giant. So for the price, I'd say just go to Subway and help them regain their lost market share. Jersey Mikes treated me like expect Subway would. I always felt they were better than that, but now they're just the same as most. SAD. Just my opinion, YMMV. Just about every visit to Jersey Mike's is enjoyable. I did have one bad experience, but the general manager offered to make it right and yesterday's lunch was fantastic. Her crew and manager on duty did a...
