Do NOT bother with this location. The service is slow and not very good. The baristas have attitudes and aren't attentive at all. I recently moved to the area, and I've gone to this location twice in the last two weeks. Once through the drive-thru and once I walked in.
The first time was the drive-thru, where I ordered a treinta Midnight Drink with light ice. I waited for an extended period as I watched the barista have a full-on conversation with the car ahead of me. They chatted it up for a solid five minutes. It seemed to take a while for them to get two drinks and food. After what seemed like an eternity (not actually, but it was FAR too long of a wait for a drive-thru), I finally got to the window. Again, it took a few minutes (I literally was waiting all this time, how was my drink not ready????) the barista finally came to take my payment while holding a Blackberry Sage Refresher. Before handing my payment, I ask, "Is that my drink?" He confidently answers, "Yes!" I respond very quickly, "that isn't what I ordered. I ordered a Midnight Drink." He then says "Oh, you want a Midnight Drink instead?" "No," I reply quickly, "Not INSTEAD. That's what I ordered,... a Midnight Drink." I was now annoyed. I didn't think my order what all that complicated. After another eternity (not really, just far too long for a drive-thru) I finally got my drink.
Second time, I met up with a friend for an afternoon cup of coffee. My friend ordered his drink before me. I came in about 2 minutes later, walk up to the counter, order a brewed coffee, no room. That's it! At most other Starbucks, the barista simply steps behind them to fill the drink. This barista didn't do that. She takes my payment, asks my name, and gives my payment back, and my friend and I go find a seat. It took about 10 minutes for my friend to get his tall iced Matcha. I realize that no one has called my name, and there are no brewed coffees waiting at the counter. It wasn't that busy, and there were at least five baristas behind the counter. So I stand at the counter, after about five minutes, another barista, NOT THE ONE THAT TOOK MY ORDER, asks what I ordered. I told her and she looks confused... probably because there was NO reason for me to have to ASK for it! She says she'll get it for me. While she wals away to go fill my coffee, the barista that took my order uses a machine next to the serving counter and is doing EVERYTHING in her power not to look my way. What a rude person. About a minute later, I finally had my drink.
Starbucks is all about convenience for me. But avoid this location. There is nothing convenient here. The...
Read moreWhile I like Starbucks, my experience at this location was my WORST ever by far. The first two things were more minor issues, while the last was the nail in the coffin. At the time I placed my order I did not get a receipt, which when they forgot to prepare my wife's drink caused a delay as they tried to figure things out.
While we were waiting for my wife's drink, my family & I sat down and started to play a card game at one of the indoor tables. Not 3 minutes in, some vagrant from another table came over, asked what we were doing, insisted that he & I gamble for money in our pockets, and proceeded to tell us how he had sex with some girl in the back of his car 'til the windows fogged up...my 13 year old daughter was uncomfortably sitting next to him...suck between him and the wall. Read morePut in a mobile order, took over 50 minutes to make 3 drinks. I seen at least 6 people walk in, stand in line, place an order, get their drink and leave before I asked about my order to hear someone in the back say they have 1 of my cups in their hand and they're currently starting my order. They started my order after the time it's supposed to be ready for pick up. Then instead of putting all 3 drinks together they yelled out my name for every drink which was kind of weird, they called my name and gave me one drink, called out some guy next to me gave him 1 drink, called me again gave me my second drink, called the guy next to me and gave him his second drink, then called me again and gave me my third drink all a few minutes apart. You'd think they'd put the order together and just give it to me all at once. Once I got my cup I was missing over an inch from the top being filled, it was iced so you know it's missing some when a cup full of ice doesn't help it get even close to the top. You're probably better off walking in or going through the drive thru rather than placing a...
