I buy from this Domino’s on a regular basis and usually am very satisfied. Tonight I placed an order of a large three topping pizza and ten wings. The order was placed at 5:41 and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I stopped at the grocery store and picked up a few items including ice cream, to allow time for the 20 minutes to elapse. After 20 minutes I went to pick up my order. The employee immediately took my payment and then informed me that my order wasn’t ready. I patiently waited for several minutes and then told them that I had ice cream in my vehicle and was concerned about it melting. They didn’t seem concerned. I waited several more minutes and then left to drive across town in order to put the ice cream in the freezer as it was melting. I returned to the store expecting my order and an apology. I received neither. By now the time was 6:30. At this point I requested a refund. After much confusion an employee was able to process it. At no time did I witness any sense of urgency or concern about providing me with my order in a timely manner. Very unsatisfied and will purchase from another establishment...
Read moreI placed an online order for one chicken Alfredo pizza and one buffalo chicken pizza with ranch and when my husband got home with the food we realized we got two Alfredo. I called to let them know and asked if I could get our other pizza and they kind of mumbled something and then hung up. I assumed they were going to make it for me since this was their mistake. I got there and the kid at the counter told me they would not make me my pizza. I showed them the app on my phone where I know I ordered the correct thing and they kept telling me that they could not make it and would not give me a reason. When I asked why he just shrugged his shoulders and said they just can’t make it. I had to basically argue (which I don’t like doing) into them giving me my other pizza. Read moreCorey was really rude and complaining about a fellow coworker because he felt like he should have not been asked to deliver a pizza, It was a yes or no question and if he didn't want to take it then all he had to do was say no and leave it to management I'm not management I don't want to hear your complaints , complain to management that's what they're for and if you have a problem doing your job and you're going to have an attitude with employees and with customers and in view of the customers where they can hear you when they come then you are being very unprofessional as you are a representative of the business as being an employee and he didn't have to take the pizza if he really didn't want too. Customers come to the for Quality Service not to hear the complaints and drama within the store.
