This is a hard one to review, honestly I cant go more than 3 stars. The tap water tasted awful so we ordered soda and when we got the soda it was in cans and HOT, hot enough to melt the ice they gave us in a cup with it. The server was fine but the food was questionable. The hand made egg rolls were delicious but we had a difficult time trying to figure out who's food was whos. The food tastes good but it was not the flavors I'm used to having. That's why it's hard to review, doesnt taste anything like general tso or orange chicken I have had other places. Don’t waist your time or your money on this place it is disgusting, old and the service is the worst thing of it all. I ordered the steak, shrimp and chicken and it was slimy and the owner I believe came over and said that I have to pay for something that was covered in slime that I didn’t touch. Ordered Mongolian Beef w/white rice, Pepper Steak w/fried rice and egg rolls. Paid $25. Fried rice was good, white rice a little al dente, Mongolian Beef was mediocre, the only thing going for the pepper steak was there was more pepper than onions (a welcomed change). The egg rolls were 2/5, taste was blah and had an odd after taste. The portions were small for the price. Couldn't finish the Mongolian Beef.
