Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vidor

Twice a month my kid gets to ride with mom to school instead of dad or the bus. I mention this because these are huge mornings for us. She struggles with school refusal and the treats planned for these mornings are motivation to reach the school peacefully and happy. After the extremely long wait, sending out this quality of food is shameful. We certainly didnt have time to get it fixed or go elsewhere after such a long wait so school breakfast on our treat day 😭. Staff may not care about losing our business on these special mornings, but if this is making its way out the window then we aren't the only business this location is losing. Product has never come out consistent quality here and wait times can be long so I probably should have chose somewhere else but babygirl specifically wanted Dunkin after being talked out of ice-cream for breakfast! Huge...

Normally I have loved coming to this Dunkin Donuts; But today my husband and I both ordered medium size flavored coffees and we both ordered toasted bagels one with cream cheese and one with butter when we pulled off in the parking lot to eat our food or bagels were both rock hard they have not applied the butter or the cream cheese to either of the bagels nor did they give us a utensil or any napkins. I can say at this point that I’m thoroughly disgusted with the drive-through service and the bagels that we got tasted like they were a month old. The staff that works there is super friendly I will give them that but they really need to step up the Quality of their drive-through service and also improve on the quality of their products. I love the coffee, but around 10am on 01/28/23. My husband and I went thru he drive thru, we ordered a coffee and a chocolate covered donut with sprinkles, for my 3 year old. As we were leaving I checked the bag, and they gave a us just a chocolate covered donut. We went back to thru the drive thru, and we told the girl that was working, and she told us “we are out of chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles”. ??? Why didn’t you tell me that in the first place instead you decided to give me a completely different donut! So she walked further in the kitchen, and comes back out with the the donut that we ordered originally? I wouldn’t mind if the donut was for me, but I have a picky 3 year old who absolutely loves the chocolate donuts...
