Arby's — Restaurant in Vienna Charter Township

We stopped at this Arby's on the way to our new home after moving 2 days straight. We were very hungry and in a small box truck and the lobby was closed at 8:00pm so we hit the drive thru carefully as to not hit the overheads. The woman working totally ignored us and we asked if anybody was there. Cars were lining up like 6 deep behind us so as to not be blocking everyone we pulled forward to see if they closed but no she was taking the guy behind us order. I beeped the horn and she gave us a very snotty wait a minute sign then proceeded to ignore us. I don't know what her problem with us was but it made us very irritated. I'm an old white guy and if I didn't know better I would say she might of not liked us. So we left and drove to Arby's on Dirt hwy. The guys there were Awesome and got us fed right away. Arby's please...

Came through March 20th at 11:52 PM, about 8 minutes before they closed, another car was pulling in and we were the only car behind them. They took the cars order in front of us which took about 30 seconds, then we pulled up. The greeter asked us to order, which we started to do, just for some girl to interrupt us to say "sorry we're closed". They should have still been open another 5 minutes, and they had just taken another car's order 15 seconds ago. My guess is they didn't want to cook what we were ordering because we asked for their fish sandwiches. It would be fine if they didn't serve the other car either but you can't tell me your closed in the 15 seconds it took us to pull up to the window when you're still supposed to be open...

Idk whats going on the past couple times now have not been good at all, tonight they had me pull to trash can as i wait on food as i get my food lady behind me honking to move whatever can't help ignorance, the food is cold cheese sticks cheese is not melted fries cold, beef n cheddar my onion bun has 5 onions n a line rest is plain, ask for red onions on sandwich they give you 2, as i am checking my bag to make sure everything is there as they forgot something last time np big deal we are all human so i double check lady honks agian the lady that brought my food to car was rude wants to accommodate the rude lady behind me, just all around better arbys around...
