Twin's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Vienna Charter Township

We ate here before and had pizza which was pretty good. Good service too. Tonight we went and ordered cheeseburgers and fries. The waitress took the order and when my partner was out of coffee which was cold he had to wait forever. Waved her down and she brought the pot but it was the decaf pot. She said it had regular coffee in it when I questioned her. She was not very talkative at all and when she finally brought our food she hadn’t paid attention to my order. She just looked at me weird when I pointed it out. Gave mine to my partner too. Didn’t want red onions. She brought me cold diced onion to put on it. The burger wasn’t well done and my partners was totally pink. The burger was a mess because they put all the condiments on it. Way too much Mayo. The fries looked done but were soggy so they weren’t cooked properly. All of that was the cooks fault. The waitress took forever to come to us and we had to ask the other one for bbq sauce for the chicken wings and extra napkins. Finally got a box and to go cup but then waited for the bill too long. The place wasn’t full so don’t know why she couldn’t take care of things better. We normally tip good but not this time. Didn’t have her name but she was young and wearing a gray pointy hat. The other waitress seemed more professional. We will go back for pizza but if we get service like that again we...

My family and I moved here over a year ago and we have always talked about trying twins, but somehow had never gotten around to it until a couple nights ago. we took our son there and ordered the bread sticks, a mini pizza, a large all meat pizza, I got the brunch Burger and a salad. All of the food was absolutely perfectly cooked and the pizza was loaded with toppings. My 6 year old son ordered the mini chicken bacon ranch pizza and he said it was the best pizza he's ever had! My burger was delicious and when I asked for a side of lettuce tomato to put on it, because I'm picky, the waitress brought it out quickly for no extra charge!

The waitress was attentive, but not overbearing. She came around just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without being a bother!

This will definitely be our normal sit down place for Pizza/burgers now, without a doubt. I cannot wait to bring all three of our kiddos here and make it a family...

If i could give zero stars i would! 1st off there was a screaming child so loud the waitress couldn't hear my wife n i to take our order so of course they came to the table wrong but only hers came out mine apparently wasn't ready yet so they just bring hers which is fish not the chicken she ordered and the waitress looked dumbfounded that it was wrong so we said cancel the order we're just gonna leave and they actually charged us for the drinks threaten to call the police if we didn't pay the $5 so needless to say we paid it but I wouldn't go there to help if they were on fire!

Update: so the owner responded and called my wife a liar saying no one threatened to call the police, well either her ears are malfunctioning or the guy in the back who said it lied to the owner saying he didn't either way horrible people and atmosphere we used to order to go from their at least twice a week now I see why so many people go order to go good food...
