I was visiting a friend from out of town, & after admitting she was too jetlagged to stand back up, I went on grubhub to find her some savoury, spicy food to perk her up. WOW! We ordered the Vegetarian Platter, & destroyed it in 30 minutes. The Chicken Shawarma? Done by morning along with the still Soft, Chewy Pita, & eaten instead of the complimentary hotel breakfast. The Kibbeh was an appetizer that went fantastically with the pickles & hummus. We also ordered Tabouleh, spinach & feta Fatayer. Beirut Cafe takes an extra 20 minutes from estimated time of delivery. It's also expensive as heck, & did not live up to the price. But for all that it lacked, it wasn't much! The Tabouleh was mostly parsley, missing some cucumber & burghul. The dolmas were canned and a little soggy, but flavorful. The Baba Ganouj was missing garlic, but still delicious. The Fatayer were crisp and juicy inside, & fresh! The Falafel were slightly flattened, perfectly fried rounds of beans, parsley, coriander, & onion. Our favorite items were the Hummus & Shawarma, both delicious together inside the Pita bread. The Shawarma was a tangy, smoky, comfort-food blend of spices, & marinated magnificently. I will be coming down here when I'm around Falls Church just to try their other dishes.

Bought stuffed turkey over thanksgiving and I must say, it was the best one I ever had. It was very tender and delicious. Wish it was a bit spicy, but again that’s my preference!

I’ve been going to Beirut cafe for years, they’ve catered every event I’ve had for the last 5 years, from 10-100 people. The food is always great and service is amazing.

Beirut Cafe was referred to us about 14 years ago by a Greek friend who bragged about the owner, the halal fresh meat products, the additional merchandise items, from species, to whole grains, specialty items and above & beyond all the owners (The Great Dad and his consumer centric son, Ahmed, yes the crown prince of this business) were obsessed and passionate about their customers. I am not an easy customer but boy they stole my heart at the very first encounter. Prior to finding this valuable jewel I had given my business to some halal meet shop in Reston who proved themselves to be con artist. My lifestyle does not allow much time to spend at a grocery or butcher shop, hence I look for trusted partners to serve my needs. Prior to finding Beirut cafe I tried to work with the Reston shop and I was always disappointed by the service, the quality of the product and their tactics.

I call Ahmed from Europe, Far East or EMEA regions, I place my order with specific times and details and every time I always receive a perfect order. I prefer goat meat and the meat melts like cream in your mouth. Every party when I serve meat and chicken my style of preparation is enhanced by the high quality of his products.

Last year I recommended Beirut Cafe to a Fairfax Greek community for their summer Greek festival and the group was thoroughly impressed both by the service and product.

Over the years I have studied more about the history of Beirut Cafe & Butcher shop came into play., the background and learnt Ahmed finished his education and rather than joining a corporate cult he brought his learning and built this business and as I see he has mastered the art of customer satisfaction.

His positive attitude, humbleness, generosity has won him the respect of a diverse customer base including majority of embassies throng at his door step to purchase a fresh goat, or sheep, or beef products & the ever fresh Pitta bread & delicious French Feta, or the Halloumi cheese.

I highly recommend Beirut Butcher, Beirut cafe, and their product offerings for the Greater Virginia , DC and surrounding areas to everyone, where customer service is at the center of their business nervous system.

Recently, I have observed the third wave of their young members are providing a helping hand to their elders and it is remarkable to see a display of the value system instilled in them to strive hard to do above & beyond the call of duty.

I highly recommend this place and wish the entire family...

For more than 12 years, I’ve been a loyal customer of Malhameh Beirut in Virginia, and they’re truly the closest to my heart 💙. Whenever I need fresh meat or delicious meals for my occasions, I always find top quality, authentic flavor, and a warm service that makes me feel like family. The credit goes to the owner, Mr. Ahmad (Abu Khaled) — a gracious, detail-oriented gentleman who personally follows up on orders and ensures everything is perfect. The best part is that every time I cook for my guests, the very first question is: Where did you get this meat? 😍 My proud answer: from Malhameh Beirut, with Abu Khaled. I’m not exaggerating when I say they have the tastiest, most flavorful meat in all of Virginia 👌. My guests never stop praising the food and its quality. Malhameh Beirut is not just a butcher shop — it’s a place I rely on for every big and small occasion, and they have always been my lifesaver. Thank you from the heart to Mr. Ahmad (Abu Khaled) and the wonderful team. Wishing you continued success and...
