I was recommended this place by another jeweler and unfortunately had a terrible experience here. The jeweler who is on site has a poor attitude and is a terrible representation of this company. I came in here on a bind; needed a 1mm gold ring made out of one of my bangles. Would’ve probably been a 30-minute job and cost about 20-25$. Not much. Bc it was such a small job; he “couldn’t take it”. Told me it would take 2-weeks and that if he did it now then all his orders wouldn’t finish in time. It wouldn’t have done any of that. You just didn’t want to take a $20 Job. But I would’ve gladly been a returning customer along w my family for our other pieces. We moved here from Cali and had the best jeweler over there. It hasn’t been easy finding a good one here. I went to Vienna jewelers and they helped me out within 30-minutes and my rings looks beautiful. Thanks for them. I was referred here by a friend, so first off I knew things would be good because word-of-mouth referrals mean way more than anything else. I needed to have some work done on my engagement ring and Ken and his team were amazing! The customer service here is phenomenal (so much better than big jewelry stores where you don’t get quality attention,) another bonus is A. Goldsmiths have an ACTUAL telephone where you can actually call and speak to someone directly in the boutique (rather than a call center across the world where they’re not even in the same country and they’re taking messages and then send messages to the store and no one gets back to you.) This family owned jewelry boutique was amazing with customer service, timely craftsmanship, and beautiful selections! I love Achikian Goldsmith! It’s a genuine pleasure to shop there. Ken and Maral and their daughters have helped us a number of times to select beautiful gifts over the years. They are very warm and gracious and know their customers.

This is an outstanding place to shop for any occasion with a wonderful selection of fine jewelry, much of it made in house by Ken which of course is quite rare today. No cookie cutter chain store stuff, just terrific items well displayed in a friendly showroom.

You can find some really beautiful pieces here without breaking the bank. Of course, if you want to break the bank, they’d be delighted to help you with that too! In any case, you will be treated with kindness.
