Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vienna

This store in Vienna is a complete joke. We ordered the night before on the DD app to pick up 2 dozen donuts at 7:15am for my kids to take to school. The next morning at 7:15 the app said they were preparing the donuts. A minute or two later the app said the order was complete and ready for pickup. We left our house and arrived around 7:30. They hadn’t even started the order yet. We ended up leaving around 7:45 to head to school and now we were very late. Finally dropped kids off and they were late. This is not the first time we have experienced bad service at this store. DD, if you can’t look at the app and complete the order on time then turn the app off and don’t allow order ahead. I've gone to this place multiple times. If you use your mobile order be prepared for the order to be wrong and delayed. Today after showing up 20 mins after placing the order I was given half of my order. After returning i was told just wait for the other half to be ready. The women didn't even make it and then when I followed up and just asked for a refund the manager showed the girl my bag that was sitting on the side. I wanted to try their Irish crème iced coffee but don't like things that are too sweet. When I mentioned this to the nice lady working behind the counter she assured me she could make it less sweet but still tasty just for me. Not only was the drink very good (and not too sweet) but she made sure it was how I liked it and offered to make me a new one if I didn't, though that wasn't necessary.
