Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna

I am a secret shopper from Trendsource. I have been working for trendsouce since 2017, and this will have been my last job. Trendsouce refused to pay me for this shop, because this pizza place messed up so badly. When the deliver person arrived to drop off the pizza, the pizza was not correct. The delivery person gave me his cell phone to call and talk to someone about the pizza being incorrect. The person on the phone told me that he would need to “talk to someone” before correcting it, and the delivery person went to wait in his car. Before he got back in the car, I stopped him and asked him if I could take a picture of the pizza which I had paid for. I already had the receipt. He said yes, and opened the top for me. I took a picture of the pizza. A few minutes later, he exited the car and told me they would send a new pizza in “about an hour.” I assumed, at this point, I would get another pizza and would have a better picture to send you. However this was incorrect, the pizza never came, and when I called to ask what had happened a man put me on hold then hung up. I paid cash for a pizza that...

I went there in the evening, about half an hour before they'd close, which can be the excuse to their bad service. The guy behind the counter looked like he wanted to go back to his office back in the kitchen as soon as I walked in. Not manners or disposition to attend in a nice way. As soon as I paid, he went back to his office without saying anything. The guy who prepared the pizza was almost pouting of having to work half an hour before the closure, and another man, which I guessed was the owner of the place, didn't even said 'hi', let alone a 'have a good evening' or a 'thanks for stopping by'. Food shops are not only about food; they're about service as well, and IDK about other times of the day, but during the evening, particularly that day, the service was HORRIBLE.... the pizza was good, though. Just good, not great. Considering all the pizza places that are around here, they should seriously improve their service, or else, we're just gonna go out and buy pizza to...

Walking in, I was impressed by the clean, well lit building. I ordered Chicken Alfredo with penne pasta. Original cost was $13 and some change but they gave me a discount because I work in the same shopping area. When my delivery arrived I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo! My first impression looking at it was that there was enough portions for me to eat twice which is awesome considering the the price. The sauce was definitely creamy but I felt that it could've been a bit thicker, it was a little thin. There was plenty of chicken, they did not hold back! The pasta noodles were perfect, not too hard not too soft. I do wonder about the quality of the chicken. Was it cooked that moment, earlier that day or was it frozen/precooked.. The Garlic bread was epic! Two nice toasted buttery sized pieces.. Overall I enjoyed the meal. I suspect there pizza is better so that would be my order next time I stop by.
