*NOW HEAR THIS!!!!!!! This area Popeyes has to be the biggest embarrassment to the Popeyes Chicken Corporation. The managers at this location are ridiculously rude and very unprofessional, especially towards White and Black Americans. Clearly these hispanic managers support one another in their folly and evil acts! Blanca Hernandez, and Gina Garcia hold strong to their nasty and rude demeanor and disposition that awaits all non hispanics. On May 27th, 2022, I purchased a three piece spicy chicken dinner. I elected to dine in, thinking I would save time as I had a report to complete that was due by end of day. 20 minutes into my dinning experience, having consumed one of the three pieces of chicken, I realized the other two pieces were not spicy. So I preceded to the front counter, making known to the manager Gina Garcia/ Blanca Hernandez that I was given mild chicken by mistake. Not even God, the Almighty could have anticipated or predicted what would happen next. After bringing the matter to the attention of the manager, she became extremely defensive and offensive towards me, denying a replacement of said pieces of chicken, as it was noted by the other customers in the store that she wanted to escalate the situation oppose to deescalating it. At this point, I asked for a refund only for her to say that "I am not replacing the chicken, and I will not give you a refund". About to go off on this woman, one of the customers made eye contact with me, suggesting that the experience was not worth my time. So I left the store and called the police that the incident would be documented. Get this, the officer asked the woman if she would be willing to refund me...her response, "NO"...Wow, imagine that! The managers at this store are immoral, let alone professional, electing to stick her chest out in utter arrogance and haughtiness! Again, whoever is reading the words spoken here in, do not waste your time and money at this location. I did contact corporate. In fact, I have made a half dozen calls to no avail. The District Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Manager are all Hispanic and can clearly care less about their moral and professional obligation to the community. Again it has been 17 days since the incident occurred. Not one person from management has contacted me. Read moreAs a manager myself I have to say that tonight's example of leadership at this popeyes location was very sad to say the least. These managers are clearly poorly trained and not equiped to deescalate any problems that could arise during the work day. When serving me my chicken to go the manager Reina Aguilar quickly tried to bag my chicken box without me seeing the chicken which of course made me want to check...I'm glad I did because when I open the box I saw a dry boney breast and dried up leg. I simply asked her to replace the chicken in which she says "You already touch it so I can't replace it." Obviously I did not understand that so when I asked her again she snatches the box throws the chicken in the trash grabs more chicken throws it in the box and slides the box on the counter. I say to her Reina was it really that serious I didn't mean to upset you I just don't understand why you're taking it so personally about me wanting new chicken?" She gets upset and walks away and leaves me at the counter, after saying what she had to say of course not giving me the opportunity to do the same. I then turn over to the other manager who had been present the whole time hoping that he didn't lack the simple skill set that any manager should have to deescalate a problem. I was highly dissapointed because when manager Peter Roca comes on the scene he defends her actions and tells me that this is frustrating for him even though the customer is suppose to be right the store policy is you have to throw out the chicken if someone touches it, and I'm like clearly all im asking is for you to just give me fresh chicken I don't think popeyes will go bankrupt from these 2 pieces of chicken. Nevertheless my issue was not with the policy it was with the treatment by someone who is suppose to be the one who can deescalate problems like this, not once did the managers apologize, in fact Peter Roca laughed at me when customers behind me who were waiting statrting yelling at me, I felt very bullied and helpless I asked for my money back and left the chicken....there are plenty of popeyes...why support one who allows this type of treatment from their management...one day it could be you

Read moreAbsolute worst service ever. Ordered on the website, got a fake estimation, waited over 2 hours (could not reach anyone, even the "driver" which changed 2 times). After an hour and a half I just went to the store. Chicken sandwich is back, so they must be busy, right? Well I showed up there and then, about 2 hours after the order, I got a text from Doordash saying my order was on its way.
Okay, cool. I call the Dasher to ask if he wants to just turn around instead of driving out to my workplace; he's only a little ways out so he agrees. He hands me a chicken sandwich and a drink. But... I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. We're both frustrated and head inside together to fix my order.
He starts talking to the guy at the counter who gave him a different order for someone whose name starts with A. After about five minutes, he gets another order. Still only 1 chicken sandwich. This time it turns out he's a different Anthony.
I try to show the guy the order, from the Popeyes site, on my phone. He tells me to go to the back of the line. He doesn't even know who I am.
So after all this, waiting and going back and correcting and even getting the Doordash guy involved, Popeyes tells me they don't have my order.
... I was charged... I got the confirmation e-mail... and I received tracking information and a Doordash guy. SO HOW IN THE WORLD DO THEY "NOT HAVE MY ORDER"?! How do you give me the wrong order twice and then say you don't have it?!? Why were you giving me food if I didn't have an order somewhere in the system?
So the Doordash guy left, and my coworker and I left for Chick-Fil-A, feeling lied to and cheated. I completely understand being busy, overwhelmed, underpaid, underappreciated... but it does NOT mean you @#$% over customers who are paying $5 per chicken sandwich!
Popeye's is BY NO MEANS ready to handle the hype they purposefully generated by starting this chicken sandwich dilemma. There were no more than 3-4 employees. Multi-million dollar chains can do a LOT better.
