Image of RECEIPT showing refund included. My spouse isn't a fan of Starbucks; however I suggest it all the times. Every time we visit it is a disappointment. We ask for 3/4 milk, because we have heart acceleration due to caffeine. They never get our order the right way, even when we have asked for extra milk. We try to explain the situation and the employees always reply with ok. We always get super black coffee or they suggest americano shots. They never have decaffeinated coffee available. Today was the worse experience. My husband punched the no tip key, the guys face changed completely. He went back to the girl preparing the coffee, she laughed and walked away. She brought the coffees back as dark as a dirty rug & cold. I opened my cup's lid and my husband's smile disappeared. I asked do you want the coffee like that? He said no (He is very hard to get upset), but he asked for a refund after the girl tried adding more milk and the coffee turned colder. *The surrounding Starbucks have the same service. It is a coffee shop, & these people are clearly NOT waiters (tips should be expected for waiters or delivery workers). Starbucks pushed prices up, cut the amount of flavor in their products and added a tip button to compensate for their lack of salary. PLEASE STOP risking people's health with your lack of empathy & service. Melrose Park 60164 on 25th and North ave, Franklin Park on Manheim, Elmhurst on York, Elmhurst on North ave, Bensenville on York are all lacking service over something that should NOT be expected. Read moreLike most mornings I was rushing to get to the doctors appointment and noticed I had 15 minutes to spare. I saw there was a Starbucks on the way and ordered ahead our usual white venti mocha and venti pink drink. I always get the kids something special when they have to go to the doctor. We went through the drive through grabbing our two drinks and headed off to the appointment down the street. My coffee barista didn’t fill the coffee to the normal fill line (I know it never is full full, but this had 2 inches left in the cup even with the whipped cream). It didn’t taste like coffee and espresso, it didn’t taste like white chocolate. So after the doctor visit I went back and explained. The male manager did not apologize, told me to get the drink extra hot, and stood there looking at me. I asked him for a new corrected drink and he said he already ordered it. Upon sipping the drink this second drink was NOT made correctly either. At this point I just left and decided to put a review. I don’t want the workers to feel bad, however, I work hard for my money and would like a drink made correctly. Read moreI went through their drive thru on a normal day with my partner, and they surprisingly did not have a line so we were excited! My partner orders two grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brews for us, and proceeds to move forward with the transaction. I then hear in the background “Did we run out of Pumpkin Cream?…oh ok.” We get to the window and our cashier hands us two creamier unfamiliarized drinks. My partner looks confused, and the cashier asks if anything is wrong. My partner then says “hmm….my apologies, it looked off to me.” and then the cashier laughs it off and says “It’s okay!” When he pulls away in his car I look at the labeling and it states “chocolate cream cold brew” confirming we were correct, and the order we received was wrong. When my partner went inside to ask for the right ones we had ordered the workers never apologized for the mistake nor cared to acknowledge where the miscommunication was. All that was said was “I’ll make you two pumpkins.”….so I’m not too sure why they gave me wrong drinks to begin with thinking they’d get away with it, and then when confronted the worker refused to apologize.
