This locations is worst I have been. One acai bown was leaky not frozen, another time had to wait 10 minutes so total 20 minutes after I placed my order online way too long! Yesterday fruits were not fresh really dissapointment why would you even put something you wont eat yourself? Anyway today was last drop. I came no activity going on and lady say they did not get my order. I went to get my phone and said order were placed more than 10 minutes ago. The younger girls were very nice however this review is aimed at the manager/owner of this establishment, I am not blaming them at all because I know how it is to be working for a franchise at minimum wage.
-We ordered a chicken wrap and a salad, the salad no chicken sub plant based protein. They were unaware of a plant based protein option being available even though it says it on the menu, but I dismissed that because it could’ve been an old sign that the owner didn’t want to replace. The lettuce in both the wrap and salad was soggy/welted/half frozen which made us doubt the quality of produce that was in our smoothies. I use to really like ordering from here to the point of ordering maybe even twice a week but recently they have been making alot of mistakes. I usually order a drink, food and then obviously a side and I always order an extra side and multiple times do they forget to give me the extra side. On Monday I went and got my regular drink inside and I get it all the time but I was charged "wey protein" and I didn't even ask for it. My drink tasted awful righ I ended up throwing it away half full and apparently they couldn't give me a receipt.
