From the minute my wife and I entered the store, we were greeted by Rick in a very friendly and professional manner. I was extremely happy to realize he was there to actually assist our needs and questions WITHOUT pushing for a sale, or trying to up-sell us, as we browsed their showroom. Rick took the time to show us around to recommendations from all spectrums on price and quality, and as we began to make a decision on what felt right for us, he showed us all the available options they had for the firmness we agreed on. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase or going above budget, and he shared his personal experiences with us for each type we had narrowed down to. He gave us a completely judgement-free experience, showing us the cheaper mattresses up to their more pricey options, but gave us examples of previous customers that have been satisfied OR dissatisfied by all of them. We were able to comfortably make an informed decision on our purchase without feeling like we were taken advantage of for a sale. They even went the extra mile to contact us after our sale was finalized to let us know that there was a delivery available on a the next day rather than the previously scheduled date later in the week! The delivery men were equally as polite and respectful, and all around made this a very pleasant experience for us. A great place to buy a new mattress. If you are looking to get a new mattress you should definitely stop by the this store. The service is amazing. Both Jim and Rick were great. We walked in and told them what we were looking for and the budget we had in mind.They showed us and explained all the mattresses fitting our budget and the pros and cons of each mattress. We ended up getting the Helix Midnight mattress (such an amazing mattress, haven't slept that good in a while. Feels cool and soft). Jim gave us a really great deal on it too, better than online retailers. Delivered it hassle free and picked up our old mattresses. The entire process was very smooth and not feeling any sales pressure or pushing anything we didn't want to buy. It was our first store and felt like we didn't need to go anywhere else because we found what we were looking for at a great price and from very friendly staff. I was looking for an adjustable bed for my elderly father; he needed something to help him sit up enough to make it easier to get out of bed in the morning. My brother recommended Mattress Overstock. It was about a 45 min highway drive for us but well worth it, We spoke with Rick and let him know what we were looking for and he briefly gave us low/mid/high range options to choose from with no sales pressure. He let us drive the direction toward which price point we wanted to be in. He said the wait time for delivery was two weeks which we thought was great considering effects of Covid on the supply chain for just about anything, and we were delighted when the delivery came a few days earlier.
